The hotel has an amazing on site restaurant opens up everyday after 5:00 p.m. they have a wonderful bar with a bartender named Nate, he is quite the comedian and definitely good at his job. Wait staff are attentive and very accommodating. The room itself has been very comfortable. I like the AC cold, I love the bed comfortable, and the black drapes were wonderful. It was annoying that they didn't have any premium channels on the TV., but who goes on vacation to watch TV anyway. The pool was really nice, didn't have a lot of shade around it, unfortunately. And the jacuzzi tub was hot but not very bubbly. I'm informed that they are working on those things. They have a delicious breakfast every morning hot and fresh they make it right there, or you can go to the Continental route and just have the bagels and the fruit and cottage cheese. I recommend coming back down at 5:00 during the week check and see what they're specials are for the evening. I had a wonderful chicken parmesan for $12.99 it was awesome. They have delicious appetizers, my favorites were the chicken quesadilla, and the pork sliders, those are awesome. I also like the Southwest egg rolls they had totally delicious. When I asked Nate if he could make a different drink he was totally up to the job! I believe I got a Royal Crown Apple it was amazing good thing I was already in the hotel and nowhere to drive to..!

Met Nate the bartender. He's awesome. Funny with a pinch of snark. Cmon in and say Hey to Nate…read more Great guy. Hilton should take care of this guy.

The biggest downside for me was that the rooms felt very outdated. The first room I was given was really hard for me to stay in because I'm highly allergic to cats and I think a previous guest may have had one in the room since it's a pet friendly hotel. Thankfully the staff was understanding and able to move me to a different room for the remaining 4 nights, which I appreciated. Overall it wasn't a terrible stay, but next time I'd probably choose somewhere closer to downtown since Uber costs from the hotel to pretty much anywhere added up really quickly.

This feels like a step above Motel six, translated to an extended stay hotel. The amenities are a…read morebit worn, and Hilton does not go out of its way to provide amenities at this hotel, however some are present. My room distinctly smelled like it had been smoked in a fair bit, And the kitchen came more sparsely furnished than other extended stay hotels I have stayed at, requiring a trip to Walmart for some cheap kitchen utensils. If I was staying at the extended stay on my own dime, This location solidly be on my radar. On a work trip, I feel a bit inconvenienced being away from my own home at a location that doesn't quite match its comforts. The room feels somewhat rundown, with a partially broken dishwasher, dirty silverware left in the drawers, worn varnish on the kitchen cupboards and soiled furniture. Ventilation in the rooms is poor, making me question whether the fan is even working to draw steam out of the bathrooms-- leaving the rooms with a dank feeling when returning 14 or 15 hours after the last shower. This location has the dubious distinction of a recent death of an NFL player associated with substance use, which I only came to know when talking to colleagues about my experience of having the fire department break down the door of the room next to mine in the middle of the night to provide for the medical needs of its occupants who may have been overusing narcotics, based on the hallway conversations and previous night's behavior, which I had no desire to overhear. In summary, I can honestly say if this is the best value you can find, it's comfortable enough, and reasonably clean. That being said, it's the only location I've ever seen and then Halligan bar used to break a door down, and the nicest accommodations where the topic of self-defense came to mind. Stained carpets Musty smell Poor layout with little usable space Half the cable channels don't work and just have fragments of speech Breakfast is only cereal and yogurt In room clean supplies came half used Positives: front desk people very friendly Packages can be delivered It would be nice if Hilton put money into making this hotel with it needs to be with a few upgrades updates and working light bulbs

Went back to the front desk, only to find out they had sold my room (out from under our paid-in-full reservation), and they had no other handicap-accessible rooms available. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because the Hotel did not look anything like the pictures. The carpet down the hall is dirty, and the Hotel was hot. Front desk workers did not even apologize. A full refund was not given; they penalized us $25 even though we were told a full refund would be given. This is a true Roach Hotel. I don't like writing bad reviews, I just don't want someone to deal with what we had to. It's hard to book Handicap Accessible rooms. The blessing part was that we found a handicap accessible room at a nice Hotel.

The headboard was not just wrong, it had fallen off the wall causing it to knock into the side table knocking the lamp off. I called down to the front desk and the staff member asked if I could wait till the morning as maintenance was gone for the day. No. That was not an option. She said someone would be up momentarily. After 10 minutes she arrived at my room. She came in telling me that the maintenance man lives an hour away and is almost home so they didn't want to call him back. This wasn't a big issue for me as I just needed the room to be safe and was asking the headboard be secured or moved so it didn't fall on me as I slept. When she finally looked at the headboard, she realized my worry. The headboard wasn't on the ground while being held in place by the bed. It was lifted off the ground 6 inches or so only being held to the wall at the top. That is why when it fell it was such a scene. I assisted in helping her pull out the bed, place the headboard on the ground against the wall, then pushing the bed against it. The lamp wasn't broken so we just put that back. Quick fix and they can do what they need to when maintenance returns. What was a big issue is the door. The lock would not latch. I had to shove/yank (depending on if I was coming or going) the door to force it into the latch. As someone who was traveling alone this trip, that is scary. That needed to be fixed immediately. 03.05.2025

As a Marriott Bonvoy…read moremember, I was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative to be upgraded to a two-room suite based on my loyalty status. That upgrade ended up being far more valuable than I realized at check-in. Overall, the stay was very good. The room was clean, spacious, and all of the in-room amenities worked great. Check-in and checkout were both smooth, and the pricing was very competitive for the area. The only downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin. My next-door neighbor was snoring quite loudly, and unfortunately the sound carried more than I would have expected. Thankfully, because of the suite upgrade, I was able to move to the second room, which was nice and quiet, and I slept great after that. All in all, it was a positive experience, and I definitely appreciated the service and accommodations. My only suggestion would be slightly better soundproofing between rooms.

My closet had a mini organizer of rod for hanging clothes and wire shelving. The bad parts were: There is only 1 elevator. The reception desk is tiny. The water pressure in the shower sucked. Book at your own risk. At least I got Marriott points.
