Zero stars. @bekinsvanlines my move from FL to KS in Feb/Mar 2022 was handled in a disastrous way. Completely unprofessional not following protocols. The driver and sidekick loaded my belongings that accounted for 2/3s of a trailer by themselves.. NOT a professional moving crew to load OR unload. They destroyed several rare MCM pieces of furniture, folded my king size Sealy mattress in half, cinched and belted it. A broken $200 glass lamp, smashed a boxed lampshade, many many many missing items. ( including the king platform bed frame????? ) , some blatant theft as well. Did not arrive on scheduled date/time. Beverly Hillbillies style unloading, worked short hours to unload. Could not be bothered. How does two people who are not professional movers become qualified to load/unload 13,000#s of insured furnishings/belongings? I filed substantiated verified claim 09/01 well within the time frame... and have been DENIED. A professional insurance adjuster/ inspector verified my claim. I'm told that I cannot have a copy of that independent report. BEKINS SUCKS! I hope this prompts can immediate payout of my $14,000+ claim. NO ONE SHOULD EVER UTILIZE THIS COMPANY. The trailer only bears their name. Come to find out it's a third party independent contractor with his own rig.. no ties to Bekins. Driver was to hire professional crews on both ends to load & unload. BEWARE!!! read more
