Unprofessional experience from a particular team member, asked for help for an international postage service, came in with just enough time to send the parcel but the team member didn't help with the postage was told to go to the other desk and do it myself and then the post office driver came and I missed the postage time before the weekend. The team member was slow and dismissive and didn't provide help and kept serving other customers that came in and chatting about their parcels when I had already asked for help and then the team member refused to process my parcel through before the post office driver came in. The team member was rude and didn't provide fast and effective service and blamed it on me for not coming in earlier enough, on top of this because the team member was going so slow to help me out the parcel through, in desperation I asked if the post office driver could wait 2 minutes for my parcel to be processed, he was very rude and unprofessional and shamed me for not coming in earlier enough when I had actually come in with enough time but unfortunately this team member was too incompetent to help with my international parcel and did not provide me with fast enough service to get my parcel in time. this is not the first time this team member has been rude for personal reasons I needed to send a parcel to this post office and I was also shamed by this team member and told to send it to a fixed address but I didn't have an appropriate fixed address at the time. One other team member at this post office is fantastic and is so helpful and brat but unfortunately this other particular team member has appalling customer service skills so I will never be returning here again. to add this story every time I go into this post office certain local customers get prioritized and has a awkward, rude nepotism feel to the post office and as I am not a "regular" customer I am treated like a second rate customer. I hate belair post office, I get anxiety having to go in there as the customer service makes you feel humiliated because of rude comments and this Particular team member seems to only like serving the locals and is so rude If she doesn't know you. I'm disgusted I will not be returning ever again. read more
