I didn't get my service. I booked the appointment thru their website. I received email confirmation. I was calling all day and no one was answering, also sent an email to confirm payment forms. I decided to go as the email said, 10 minutes prior my appointment. The place was closed! And when I came back there was an email telling me the acceptable forms of payment and they said the appointment I had requested was not available. I was offered to go Monday or Tuesday... Where do I start: I purchased a Groupon facial for 1 hour to this location in Tampa. I was visiting from Houston and decided to get a facial and it seemed like a good deal and the reviews were great. I walk in and Kelly seemed so nice and welcoming. We proceed to do the facial and everything was going good. She even recommended me a skin care routine packages she offers to clients for their skin. I needed one so I said sure let's do it. Well the facial lasted 30 minutes not even the full hour which I didn't like but I didn't even say anything I know she had plans with her boyfriend as she was saying. I ask her how long it would take to receive the product and she said not that long since she had to make it for me and ship it to me. I payed and sent her my address and left. 1 week passes and I never received a tracking number so I text her and she says "I'll text it to you when they send it to me" confused I just said okay. 2nd week passes I text her to check in and to see if she had a tracking number yet she says no it's still processing. Confusingly, I ask her who's making the products you are or the company? I was under the impression she was making the products and sending them to me as she told me in her store. She then says "they're shipping it out to you, she makes the bundle and they make it and ship it to you" I said okay and waited. 3rd week I ask if any updates she says yes I'm shipping it out now. Confused AGAIN because she said the company was shipping it. I wait days after she said that and I never received a tracking number. I finally told her that it had been almost a month and I felt like I kept getting the run around and stories changing and if she had supposedly sent it where the tracking number? If I didn't received by the end of the day I needed to cancel this order and get my refund. It's ridiculous that I have to keep asking for updates and when I ask questions I didn't receive answers until days later. So unprofessional. So after I told her that, what a coincidence that she sends me the tracking number right away and creates a shipping label the same day im asking for my money back. Then proceeds to respond to me with "they forgot to send you the tracking number im sorry" again CONFUSED like who's "they". Finally after 1 month of constant back and forth with Kelly I received my package to receive this sample cheap looking like it came from the dollar store products. Waste of money, waste of time. I wouldn't do business here never again and that's my honest opinion. I give credit where it's due and this just wasn't the place. read more
