This steak was extremely tough, not sure why sauce hollandaise sauce with serve with this meat, other than trying to cover up the toughness. The white fish dish was barely warm and it seemed like some of it wasn't cooked 100% lukewarm fish is not appealing. Serve was poor, plates not picked up, and the food wasn't presented nicely.
