EVERYONE has been accomdating, and nice... friendly even. They calmed my fears and stress. Dr. Duncan took the time to explain things and make sure I understood everything. He also took the time to make a personal connection with me so I didn't feel like just another person in a chair. Not only that, but I actually laughed while my hygenist was cleaning my teeth. That has NEVER happened in my life. I actually look forward to going back in October. It's unheard of! Now, lets talk finances. I do not have dental insurance currently so it was a bit expensive for my first visit. Dr. Duncan made his recommendations, and the ladies at the desk helped me figure out a way to afford it and split payments up. They didn't make me feel less of a person or embarrassed at all.
