This place has the worst service department in all of Canada for truck repairs!! Well so much for that, I dropped off my 2014 International on November 8th got quote and gave the ok to proceed on 11/11 with $20k deposit for engine replacement. They agreed on finishing the work on 11/26 truck delivery back to me. It's December 4th and now they won't even return my call, SERIOUSLY!!! just horrible all I get is the run around and zero answers. On 11/26 they hadn't even pulled the engine said transmission needed to be pulled as well and how with NO RESPONSE from anyone other then will check into that and a receptionist that puts me into mangers voicemail, I'm screwed!! No work in November or December for this guy Merry Frickin Christmas sucker!!! Thanks Maybe you'll call me back after this review and a warranty to other businesses and drivers!!

I have heard a lot of good employees have left because of the shenanigans this man has pulled. The service is always behind and the parts people are dismal at best. The only shining light in the place is the service advisor Patrick graham. But who knows if he is there anymore. Ziggy is usually there as well but is a rude as they come. You can usually catch him chatting with Kevin. The owner is a really nice guy and would love to give a better review, but he has to clean house if he wants to have better business. Only go here for warranty work. The mechanics are good.
