At day 15 I called again and got referred to the office manager. The office manager pulled up my test results and said everything is fine. When I said I have questions about the results she did not offer to have the provider call me back. No follow up at all from the provider I saw. When asked if this is normal procedures for their practice the manager said I slipped through the cracks. Why pay to see a provider when I was able to go through my insurance to see the results? Is their office manager a trained medical provider? Very disappointing and reinforces why people have no trust in medical providers. They bill your insurance and walk away.
