She ordered from 1-800-Flowers and Balloon Express Flowers made and delivered the arrangement. I just love it! It made for a sweet tableaux with Dio's urn and a candle (see picture) and I've enjoyed the fragrant bouquet well over a week now, with a really large lily opening two days ago and one more to go. I was diligent about adding water to the vase daily; however, you know how that can do sometimes - so I was delighted to see and sniff that giant lily! :) I love the shape of the vase and the bouquet's small footprint so I can enjoy it on the kitchen counter or on my kitchen telework "office" table. Terrible attitude! She was working a popular event that takes place during the fall months and…read moreinvolving pumpkins. She snatched my son's hand from a sample balloon he touched while he asked how he could get one and she didn't think I saw it. You could see the hurt and fear in his eyes. Before I confront her about what I saw, she yelled, "I didn't touch your child!" I confronted her about it and how she was yelling at the other kids who had money to pay...she only did this when the kids ran up to her table ahead of the adults...like mine did. Terrible! I usually support small businesses but NO WAY will I support anyone who mistreats children. She has no people skills and does not interact with adults either. Beware! One balloon she made a little girl popped not 10 seconds after making it, which scared the child. She did remake it but did not offer any apology or reassurance to the child nor the mother standing there who paid her $25 for several balloons...I witnessed this as I was waiting to tell her and show her she would not get ANY of my money. Beware of anyone who is rude to innocent children. Update from 12 hrs of posting this review: I received an online message attempting to intimidate me after leaving this business review. I stand behind my truthful review. Like I said BEWARE.
