The staff was knowledgeable, but never snobby. They were encouraging and answered my thousands of questions, but never pushy or condescending. I felt confident about my healing time, and they sent me home with so many lovely skincare goodies!!! If I could afford it, I would be a member and get monthly treatments just so I could be around the staff more. They are so kind and caring, and never once made me feel self-conscious or ugly about my insecurities that brought me in the door. 10/10 would recommend if you've been thinking about doing this, just go!!! I can't believe this place could possibly have negative reviews... I went and looked and it seems like it is "Karens" who don't like that they have to actually pay for services. So keep that in mind... these treatments cost money, and the equipment is TOP-NOTCH.

I bought holiday gift cards not knowing they had shut down their business and i am not the only one from their website. Contact the Saco police and file a report with the AG office. I thought they were decent people i am just so surprised that they would treat their customers this way to permanently close while selling packages and gift cards knowing you were closing/closed. How can you live with yourselfs taking money from hard working people. I really hope you decide to do the right thing and return the money you took from everyone especially the holiday gift cards.

I did an 8AM candlelit yoga class with Julia and it was such a wonderful way to start off the day. The flow was challenging but still energizing. Plus, I love when instructors are not afraid to provide corrections and interact with the students (Julia has you place a faux-flame candle by your mat, so she knows if you're open to hands-on corrections). I wish I lived closer (came from South Portland, but it was worth the drive), as I would likely get the monthly membership, but looking forward to going to this studio on a frequent basis for when I need the mental and physical reset.
