Well, whoever the manager was kept looking me up and down and I felt like she was rushing me to get out. The girl who helped me worked at the college we went to, NSULA, and she kept apologizing for her managers behavior. For an experience that I thought would be one to remember (def is), turned out to be HORRIBLE. My group and I were NOT treated the same as the other two groups on the building. Our son is getting married in December,so naturally, my wife needs a dress for the occasion and found one on David's Bridal website (in June mind you). Website states she has seven (7!) days after receipt to return or exchange. She orders the dress and it comes damaged. No big deal, we can swap it, right? Not so much, none in stock (also naturally). While in the store for the return, she looks around at in stock dresses and finds one she likes. Tries it on, gets approval from family members but notices it's a bit chewed up on the inside (from others trying it on I'm sure) and asks if they can order another. She gets the affirmative, but they say it'll be September before the new dress arrives (hand made and all that...). She thinks to ask while the order is being placed will she still have seven (7!) days to return it should something change (September to December is four (4!) months apart don't you know) and she gets another affirmative. She actually asks twice and got an affirmative. Well now it's the end of July and the dress came in TWO MONTHS EARLY. Just so happens the dress code is now 'Sunday Casual' and now the $300 dress is way too dressy. No way she'll waltz in there like Lady Mary Crowley at Downton Abbey. So she goes to the store (where the dress is at mind you) to get her money back. Well guess what?? They won't give money back. The seven (7!) day return policy is seven (7!) days after PURCHASE. How in the actual hell is a person supposed to try on and approve of a dress that has only a seven (7!) day return policy if it takes a minimum of a month to receive the dress in the first place?!?!?!? I'm not sure what brainless overpaid nimrod came up with this return policy. You can buy it online and get seven (7!) ACTUAL days, but buy in store, not get it in hand, and the timer starts ticking. Customer service? Forget about it. She calls them and the lady 'understands' but can't do anything about it. You'd have to have a time machine to actually go by there return policy. These people are no better that our politicians.

This was the…read morefirst place I had looked for a dress, and I found them randomly on google after being in town from Dallas, TX. I honestly went into the appointment with no hopes of finding my dress on my first try, but I was definitely wrong, as I walked out with a beautiful dress from one of their Trunk Shows. They were very quick to call me to schedule an appointment after I requested one on their website, which was nice! Then, they told me to make a Pinterest board to share with them so that they could pull gowns like what I was looking for since they have so many dresses. This made the appointment feel really personalized and like they were preparing for my arrival and they knew me and what I wanted weeks before I even came in! Faith was SOOO sweet and helpful with the process! When I came in, there were 8-10 dresses pulled based off my Pinterest board. I actually ended up picking a dress that was NOTHING like what I thought I wanted, and it was amazing to make a random request to try on a ballgown and finding my dream dress! I cannot WAIT to share pictures July 1st after I get married. Thank you Faith & Jacqui for making this process so easy and helping me find my dream wedding gown!! :)

I ate a few chips with my friend's cheese and bean dip which was okay, I guess. I got the beef fajita taco salad and it was just NOT like Nicky's at all. Nicky's meat is smoky and actually looks like beef fajita meat but this place...? The taste was just not it. I ate most of it but I did not enjoy it. For the price, I didn't just wanna not eat at all, you know? Sigh. As far as the drinks went... I went with a couple of friends after work. My friend didn't really enjoy her regular margarita much as she said the tequila tasted like a cheap brand. One can tell. Some go down smooth and some scream: "This is gonna give me heartburn." My prickly pear margarita was pink but neither me nor my friend could taste anything unique about it. If you closed your eyes, it could have been a regular margarita. I had a mango drink that was called something like a mango mangonada or something like that. It was okay. Sweet. It was also pretty. Just not a great overall impression or experience and I will not return, unfortunately.
