I was hoping to get the fixed menu (28€) so I could sample a variety of dishes, but they would not allow me to order it because you must have at least two people order it. Not sure why they couldn't cut the portions down to serve one, but okay. I ordered the "filled scallop" on a plate of flaming salt. It was decent. For my main, I had the thin steak which came with a small serving of veggie. It wasn't anything too exciting, but it was okay. The thing that was annoying was there was a basket of bread with two pieces on the table. Naturally we figured it was gratis, so we had a piece and a half. We were charged 3€ for a piece and a half of that kind of stale bread. I felt that was a bit dirty, but at least the wine was reasonably cheap. The flamenco show was overall pretty good. The dancers were all talented and very committed. The costumes were nice.

Get to your reservation, early'ish or on time though, because "paella doesn't wait for anyone!" A three course menu del día is only 8.50€. The owner Jesus will most likely be there and check on every table. I love a family owned, local place vs. all the others on Paseo Maritimo. For extended stays, let Jesus know, he's a great guy and will always make you feel at home! And a BIG plus, he'll let you pick up a paella to go, to enjoy at your place. Just be ready to carry the large dish and return it the next day!
