VERY BAD SERVICE!!!…read more I am very familiar with the procedure eyelashes extensions and normally I go to a very good salon but they had no free appointment this day and i was in a hurry. I made the HUGE MISTAKE to go to Anzara. The lady is nice but so unprofessional!!! When she start preparing my eyes with the tape i was already in pain. I took her 2 hours to do the eye lashes while i couldn't bare the pain. The glue went into both my eyes and was burning painful. the smell of the glue was very strong. I asked her few times when we will finished because i couldn't stand the pain. When finally she was done, i couldn't open my eyes from the glue which was burning my eyes, tears were dripping out of my eyes. Next morning I had to leave for the airport but was painful the keep my eyes open because they were burnt from the glue. I took pix of my irritated eyes and sent her msge where she advised me to put cold compress. Next 3 days during my X mas holiday my eyes were super red, tired and in pain. I almost called a doctor. The lashes started to fall out next day one by one. 10 days later, i have almost nothing plus my own lashes are gone as well. As soon as i was back in Antwerp i contacted Joema and went to ask for my money back for the bad service. She said it never happened this to het but if you check on google you will read another complain from a girl about the eyelashes extensions. Instead of returning my money she offered me free massage! Pathetic joema said she understand me but she never returns money! Hilarious Please, ladies if you dont want to take the risk to ruin your eyes, STAY AWAY from Anzara!
