Bella Florals and More did an INCREDIBLE job designing all of the floral arrangements for my wedding last weekend at the J.W Marriott Marco Island. Initially, we had a meeting about my wedding vision, from there, they send you a proposal with inspiration images and types of flowers to be used. When I saw the proposal, I knew that my vision was understood and that I would be in good hands, and I was. On the day of my wedding, Bella Florals and More far exceeded all of my expectations (and I have HIGH expectations). From the ceremony arch, bouquets, chair arrangements, flower runners, centerpieces, etc, everything was stunning and absolutely perfect, I am SO happy with their creative services. Throughout the evening, and now a week later, my guests are complimenting me on the gorgeous floral arrangements and that the decor was the best they have ever seen. I was also very happy with the price. Flowers are one of the most expensive parts of a wedding and I feel that the price I paid was completely fair. Wedding planning can be very stressful at times but Denise and her team made this experience farthest from stressful and made the whole experience extremely smooth and worry free. She turned my vision into life, modifying things if I had a change of heart and providing her honest feedback and design expertise. The May 2019 cover of èBella magazine took my breath away. I didn't even open the magazine for 4 days-- I just took in the beauty of the cover photo. Turns out the cover was just a "teaser" for The Main Event-- a 4-page spread that filled my heart and soul. It was titled, "A Tip of the Hat to Spring," and it featured more spectacular photos of women sporting real floral hats and one wearing a dress to match. The accompanying text amplified the message of haute couture through the ages. I called the magazine to congratulate the story's creator and stylist - Tamara Boxx. Turns out this was a very successful collaboration: Tamara worked with the photographer, models, makeup team and Bella Florals by Theresa, located on Marco Island, FL. Theresa seamlessly translated Tamara's storyboard into exquisite floral artwear. Then, I called Theresa and discovered her unique approach to floral design: sourcing flowers and foliage globally and creatively integrating them into the theme for each occasion. Bella Florals by Theresa violated our wedding contract, brought the wrong flowers and the incorrect colors of flowers to our wedding. Dying, wilted, brown, flowers were brought to our wedding. The delivery team was late and dropped off flowers into our room and left, never allowing the inspection clause that was listed in our contract. I contacted the owner the day of the wedding and asked why we did not receive the flowers we agreed upon in our paying contract and she only argued with me about the colors of the flowers stating the pink flowers we received were coral flowers; the contract stated orange/coral flowers. I called and emailed the owner and was told she could not speak to me all week by her assistant. I tried numerous times to get in contact and the owner would not return calls/emails as to discuss violation of our contract. The owner is threatening a lawsuit for a negative, truthful review instead of contacting me back and addressing the problem at hand. read more

Shady company! This company scammed me out of thousands of dollars for my wedding. Theresa violated her contract and sent me dying flowers that were the wrong color for my wedding and will not answer calls or emails and her excuse each time is a death in the family---2 weeks of deaths in the families--really. She is immature and cannot face the truth. Her and her rude assistants were late to my wedding, never apologized and argued with me on the phone when i asked why they brought the wrong color flowers and why they violated our written contract. They will steal your money and not provide fresh flowers-- go to naples and avoid this group of high school girls that steal your money and are completely unprofessional. they post fake 5/5 reviews and delete the truthful reviews. read more

Denise, you simply went above and beyond in making sure that the floral arrangement sent of White Garden Roses and White Hydrangea was so exquisitely designed for a very special person on her Birthday. I have spent over 40 years in representing individuals and Fortune 100 companies in the planning and design of their events throughout the USA and naturally come into contact with Floral Design Houses from coast to coast and you are right up their with the best. This business and the staff is a joke. Theresa and her immature group of friends delete actual paying customer reviews and have her friends post 5/5 reviews to make her company look good, when in reality she is a crook who takes your money and does not provide what the contract states. She provides dying flowers and won't answer calls or emails to try and find resolution. If you notice her facebook reviews are all 5/5; however everywhere else she cannot delete real reviews and you can see actual 1 star reviews. Do not buy flowers from this place. You won't get what you order and will get bad flowers with no response from the owner, only from her rude, immature snippy delivery girls. read more

I asked if I sent a special vase to them- would they fill with flowers and deliver for Mothers Day on the island, which they were delighted to do. My Father unexpectedly was in the hospital and I called them THE DAY OF DELIVERY to put the order on hold. Heard this was under new ownership so I decided to stop in. Wow. The place is completely different! Beautiful changes inside. Candle company is gone but their showroom is exquisite.
