One nail popped off in less than 24 hrs, another is about to do the same thing 4 days later. So bad! I went and got builder gel on my natural nail (no tips!) and polish, and I was charged $85 plus tip, which is crazy. But the crazier part is that she did no nail prep before adding the builder gel, and my nails began peeling up THE NEXT DAY. I went to CVS and bought nail glue to glue the corners back down and its much more secure than what the salon did. Also, the lady was very rude, constantly correcting me and pulling at me, and extremely scatterbrained- only put top coat on two of my nails on one hand and I had to remind her. This salon was close to our hotel, so my mom and I decided to give it a shot. Wasn't busy on a Saturday afternoon, but that worked out for us. We both got mani pedis and are happy with the results. It did feel a little expensive but the prices and up-charges are listed on their price sheet so it's not like they're trying to sneak it past you. The people are nice, and they have a wide selection of colors; however, the three times I have been there, they also seem to rush and quickly finish the job without paying attention to detail, especially when it comes to filing my nails. The filing is so painful because they not only end up filing my nails, but they also file away my skin. I let them know about this the third time I went but it still happened. I had Uyen and she did a fabulous job! They were pretty busy when I arrived as a walk in but they got me in right away for a gel manicure. She was thorough prepping my nails and gentle with removal and cuticle clean up. Overall it was a great manicure and it looks amazing! Now, this is not a luxury nail spa, its a pretty standard nail spot but it felt very clean and sanitary and Uyen was super friendly. And I mean $35 for a gel manicure? What else can you ask for? With that said less than 3hrs later one of them had chipped, fast forward today 3 of them are already chipped all over the place and it makes no sense, these are supposed to last. I've had two experiences here. One, I think I was with the owner, who took good care of me and took her time & did a good job. The second time I was with a lady who did not look at my nails the entire time (was looking at the door- maybe wanted to leave?) and rushed everything. Pedicure is crooked and she didn't even do the cuticles. The shellac mani was so rushed it's started to peel not even a week after .. I was under the UV light for the no-chip not even 10 seconds on each side before she pulled my hands out and wouldn't let me put them back in. I wish I could be more assertive in these situations. She also didn't file my nails well.. I won't be coming back and neither should you. read more

This place is a scam! First off, to remove my SNS they PRIED them off with an acrylic nail. I even expressed my pain and discomfort and the man said it takes too long to soak them. To them, my pain doesn't matter. Although the man tried to flatter me with compliments about my nails, I knew it was just a distraction. As an 18 year old girl, they thought they could take advantage of me. I was charged 55 dollars just to get SNS put on. I did not receive a manicure. I had a manicure and pedicure today. It took a very long time and the staff were talking amongst themselves loudly (shouting across the salon) the entire time. Also, the person doing my nails was interrupted constantly so it took about twice as long as it should have. The manicure and pedicure were "fine" but it did not seem as clean as it was during the pandemic and not everyone was wearing their masks properly. I was told that my nails are terrible and that my nails are "too hard to paint" I said I know they are short and the woman told me "you know everything right?!" Not only did my technician treat me bad after a $5 tip for a $15 manicure, but my friends all got S&S and were treated as bad. No autoclave sterilization, used tools from the last person . I rarely write reviews but I absolutely had to for this. I went here to remove an old set of acrylics and to get a new set. The lady who did my nails gets a scraper and begins to dig under my acrylics essentially ripping them off. Everyone knows this is the absolutely NOT the way to remove acrylics. You're supposed to soak them and file them off. She proceeds to tell me that I shouldn't be scared which she essentially rips my nails off even after I asked if she could file them off. She also told me I shouldn't get acrylics and sns because they damage my nails and proceeds to show my nails she just finished absolutely ruining. After the technician had already begun to do my nails, she told me that she wouldn't be able to give me a fill in and would need to do a full set and gave me no choice to say no thanks and that I could just go somewhere else. Once my nails were already done (I wasn't wowed. they looked okay but were definitely not worth the price) she informed me that it would be $50 which I had no choice but to pay for considering she already did my nails. $50 is ridiculous for a mediocre manicure. If you're looking for cheaper, better quality nails, go somewhere else. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I came in on a Wednesday to get SNS with tips. While getting my nails done, I was quite confused as to why I needed to put my nails under the light- I usually get SNS because I do not want to put my hands in UV light because my hands are very sensitive to it. Fast forward to seven days later, I have had four nails break off completely. my nail bed underneath is not healthy now. Typically when I get my nails done, they last at least three weeks before starting to come off. I wanted to get them fixed, but I decided not to go back because I didn't want my nail to become more unhealthy, even if they were going to do the service for free. Additionally, the lady told me my nails would be $50 and they ended up being $60- without tip. I got a "short nail" with tips in the squared shape. To pay this outrageous amount and for almost half of my nails to be broken off a week later is extremely disappointing. read more

I really, really enjoyed my experience here. Of course, I didn't face the throngs of college kids because we went during the summer and parking was easy and available so that makes a huge difference. I was told the shop is under new ownership so maybe things have improved overall since some of the other reviews were written since I had nothing but a good experience here. The place is very clean and thankfully no TVs with Jerry Springer shows in the background. Instead it feels more spa like with classical music playing. The chairs and stations appeared to be in good shape and the employees were extremely nice to me and my daughter. I got a basic manicure and my daughter got a pedicure. They were very accommodating by letting me sit in the pedi chair and get my mani done so I could be with my daughter at the same time. I had a male do my manicure and it was the best manicure I have had. Very attentive and easy to be with and he gives really great hand/arm massage. My nails looked perfect when he was done. My daughter enjoyed her pedicure and the lady that did hers was very warm and friendly. I felt like they took their time and wanted us to enjoy it and there wasn't any uncomfortableness that you feel like they don't really want to be there or you're being an inconvenience I've had at other places. Worst manicure ever. Asked for short because I work with my hands as an IT support tech, got freaking tallons because "it's more beautiful this way." Whatever, figured I'd enjoy it for the weekend and file them down later. Nicked 3 separate cuticles, every nail was crooked or malformed in some way, and she left a huge gap between the acrylic and the cuticle so day one they looked like I'd been wearing them 2 weeks already. Super disappointed. Even the gel polish looked awful, full of streaks and she missed pretty sizable spots. Before I had done a thing to them they started lifting after only 3 days. When I had them removed after only a day or so more, she had filed my right pinky nail so thin it literally cracked in half horizontally about 1/3 of the way down the nail bed. This place charged me like $55 to draw blood and literally destroy my natural nails. I'm no stranger to acrylics, I know they come at a price, and I've been trained professionally on applying them myself as a former cosmotologist. It is my professional opinion that this was rushed, sloppy, careless work that will likely leave permanent damage to one of my nails. Never going anywhere near this place again, and I recommend you save your money and your nails less you suffer the same fate. read more

I came in from out of town and this was the only place downtown and close to my hotel, so I called for a same-day appointment and got in for a manicure and pedicure right away. I was a little disappointed by the short length of my pedicure, but I did get the cheapest option. I just thought it would be a tad longer. My manicure was great and I was impressed with the job my manicurist did. I was also impressed at how long the polish lasted! I included photos of my manicure (not gel) two weeks later - and that's without being careful and even going through an entire house clean.
