The place was very clean and classy. We all did pedicures. The ladies were very polite. They had an official wait list, where you could write down your name. They didn't talk in their native languages while servicing us. I think it's very rude for them to talk to each other in their native tongue while servicing. I mean, English is my second language too, but I don't talk in my native tongue while I have customers. It's a level of professionalism I provide to my customers. Perfect 10 has that level of professionalism. The specialist was very attentive and did a great job. Not to mention the polish lasted for what seemed like forever! No chips! Just stayed on for a long time! The prices are a few dollars more than normal places, but I don't care. In my specific experience, I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. I also do basic pedicures and paint job. So, I'm pretty simple. My sister did a design on her captain toe, which was lovely. She really liked it. I can't remember what my sister in law had done. So this is the 3rd time I tend to schedule an appointment with a specific person and at a certain time and every time I go I am paired with someone else. I would say it's fine but then I don't understand why on their website it would have me choose a specific person if they don't pay attention to that. Today I went in with a 9am appointment and once again didn't get the person I requested as they were working with someone else. I decided to continue with the person they placed. I picked a deep pink mauve color. When the person brings the color it's the one I selected on the chart yet when he puts the color on it's a yellow brown and I communicate is this the right color as it does not match the tag on the bottle either. The first coat looks yellow brown he insists it's the right color and I need to wait for more coats of color. I decided fine let me wait for the end result as he is done with all the coats. During the prep of my nails there are certain cuts he makes so I bleed obviously and still proceeds to use the nail paint brush even tho it just touched some blood which I thought wasn't sanitary for whoever will use that color next. As he applies the coats the color definite does not look like anything I picked. He takes some color off and reapplies the coats on several fingers and at this point my hands have been in and out of the machine like 8 times. Because of this I have some fingers that are not the same color. For example my ring finger looks darker brown and the rest yellow brown. Then by the end he tries fixing the end of where he applied nail polish and is way too harsh with the nail filer that he creates a cut. Over all my experience was not great and even tho I communicate the color wasn't it I just felt like there was no accommodation or realizing that yeah the bottle is labeled wrong.

Every nail has a different arch and shape, so they don't look consistent. The polish was left on my skin, and while smoothing the acrylic with a metal drill bit, the technician also drilled onto my natural nail. She told me it was just my skin, but my nail was still red and sore the next day. I also asked for a simple French design with 3D lines based on my inspiration photo. Since it was getting close to 10 p.m., I told them to just do a regular French instead, but it still didn't look like the inspiration or even a clean French manicure. The pedicure was also disappointing because none of my toes look the same. The shape and application are inconsistent. What concerned me the most was the hygiene. I noticed they reused nail files and drill bits that should be cleaned and replaced between clients. They also reused tools like nail clippers instead of opening fresh or properly sanitized ones in front of me, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, I left disappointed with both the quality of the nails and the sanitation practices. I personally wouldn't return and hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
