If I could give 0 stars I would. I've now had three different experiences here and they have constantly gotten worse. My first two times the pedicures were nothing special but good. Both times I had the worst manicures I've ever seen (flat, bumpy, and uneven nails). Finally I just decided that since it was close I would just get a pedicure there but a "spa pedicure" (as they call it). My first issue is that this "spa pedicure" came out of a box with 3 packets and when I looked it up online it was $1.95 per box. Next she made me bleed when scrubbing my toes and continued to spray alcohol when I asked she stopped because it burned. Then she used the sugar scrub and scrubbed so hard that left red itchy bumps all over my legs. Finally when it was over I was asked to pay $55. I explained that I didn't get the leg mask or hot towels that was described in the sugar scrub pedicure and not one of the workers were helpful or offering to give me a discount. I was in pain and so frustrated with this awful customer service so I paid and left. Do not go here! read more

This place is a hit or miss. I go here when I am in Wilmington (two reasons: very close to home and Delaware allows salons to use a razor during pedis). In December, I was getting ready for a trip to Florida and in need for a pedi. I ended up getting a pedi, mani and waxes (eyebrows and upper lip - yes, I will admit it). The total for the four services was $48; that's a steal. I came back during the day on a Friday in the summer for a pedi. I got a seat right away. I noticed that every tech was busy, which is great for their business! My pedi was mediocre. Hate to be gross, but my tech did not get all of the dead skin off my heels (ladies - you know what I'm talking about) and some of my nails were not filed straight across (ok - maybe I am getting too technical, but I notice everything). I guess it's best to get recommendations of which tech to get or just go in and learn by trail and error. read more

I don't care how great a job you do on nails. Not honoring an appointment time in my book drops you to a quick one star. Made 3 appointments for the moment they opened. Waited an hour and they still haven't even started one appointment. My sister left and I would leave too but my daughter really wants her nails done for the first day of school so I'm staying. However, not letting them do my nails at this point. Customer service stinks here. read more

I went there for the first time this weekend. My friend and I got manis and pedis and we were extremely pleased with the pedicures! Both of us think they were the best ones we ever had! They use this vibrating tool to massage your legs, pretty cool. The girl who did my nails was very friendly, she seemed the most talkative out of all the other workers there. I have been to many nail salons in the Philadelphia area, and Bella Nails is the best! It is very clean and the service is great. The technicians are friendly and do a fabulous job. My favorite technician is Ben! read more

Very disappointed with my daughter and my appointments today. We had a 5 pm Appt which we came early for and the people who took us kept getting interrupted for their "appointments" but REALLY?? We had one first so I don't understand...not happy with the service at all - we waited while others got worked on. Will not be back here again!! read more

I'm not really sure why this place has bad reviews, but I've been their customer ever since I moved to haddon township 2 years ago. I always get gel manicures and they last for about 2 weeks, which is amazing since I work in a hospital where I am constantly washing my hands. I've tried going to other salons just to try something new, and always end up coming back here. Every once in awhile I'll get a manicure and the polish somehow manages to last me for 2, even 3 weeks sometimes! The staff has always been very friendly and remembers the loyal customers. I'd recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get a well done gel manicure or pedicure for a very reasonable price! read more

Was in and out pretty quickly, but when my gel manicure was done, I noticed that there was still excess polish all over my skin and cuticles. Not a HUGE deal, but pretty disappointing. Also, I got them done this morning at 9:30 and at about 6 pm I noticed that one nail had already started chipping. Very nice staff, but I won't be returning. read more

I had a good feeling walking in, the salon looks beautiful and well kept, but unfortunately that was the best part. Took 34 minutes past my appointment time to get started(not because I was keeping track, but because I sent a text), but I was willing to shrug it off. She immediately started filling my nails without asking anything about what shape I wanted, but I figured maybe she was just that good that she figured it out. I knew she want that good though when The entire filling/nipping took LESS than 5 minutes, literally, because at this point I was so surprised I WAS looking at the clock. You would think I was at an airport getting a manicure while trying to catch a flight. I don't mind efficiency, as long as there's quality, but there was no quality. As far as the paint job- i don't get manicures regularly, but as far as I'm concerned there is no excuse for leaving a salon with paint on my skin AND cuticles. I seriously could have done just as good a job myself and wish I was assertive enough to straight up tell her it was not good. I want to think I just got a bad tech, but I'm not willing to go back and waste more money if not. I will say they had a good selection of polish and it looked clean read more
