I understand that this may appear as a rant from a disgruntled ex-employee. Please know that this is not the case. I am a very happy media professional that unfortunately had to accept a low paying position working for this cheap business owner do the poor economic climate in 2015. I will tell you this, he is disliked by 99% of his own employees. The business has a high turnover, especially now that the economy is better and people are fleeing from his frugal, feeble grasp. He is constantly negative to his staff and people that he is trying to sell his outdated products and services to. If you can imagine an overweight, snake oil car salesman ... sort of a D-League or worse Tony Robbins ... this is the guy. Employees and customers are under appreciated and viewed as a necessary evil. A truly disgusting person. Low wages and no benefits. Also, I would like to add that he posts bogus positive reviews about himself and his business on Glassdoor and Indeed to increase his business rating and to appear competent. Pathetic.
