Honestly, the food may be decent. The prices have gone up, but the customer service is absolutely horrendous and whoever it was that took the order and could not simply compromise for a long-term customer who made a mistake who called two minutes later. I hope that it was worth the money you think you may have saved over a two minute mistake you lost a good customer who spent money with you often, because I would come in and eat too. I hope the owner is reading this and I hope the owner really figures out who the hell thought that was a great Customer Service move. I will continue to post updates to my review if anything positively progresses, but I don't expect it to because they treat us like we're in New Jersey, which is where they're from.

Meals came with salad which was by far the best salad presentation I've ever had. The salad itself was wrapped in thin shaved cucumber. The salad was fresh and crisp and flavor was good. For the main I ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca. Chicken sautéed in prosciutto, butter, and sage sitting on a bed of homemade tagliatelle and smothered in a white wine sauce. The noodles were dense but delicious, the chicken was juicy, but the sauce was HEAVILY flavored with sage and salt to a point where the whole thing was difficult to eat. My main came with a side and I ordered the Roasted Garlic Parmesan Broccoli. It was described as oven roasted broccoli finished with garlic and parmigiana. However there was 0 flavor from the garlic or parmesan and it just tasted dry and... cold. Another item to note was we had ordered cheesy garlic bread for the table that never arrived but did show up on the bill. And the food came out 2 plates at a time with a wait in between. People who got their plates first were almost half through their meal by the time the last plates arrived. I was surprised to see it sit at a 3.5 on my Beli, but honestly there are many other spots in the area you can hit for a delicious Italian dinner and I just don't see myself giving Stefano's another try.
