Only my second time here, staff is friendly and place is clean. My issue is this is the second pedicure I get here and my $55 gel pedicure is already peeling and I just got it done yesterday. This happened the first time and I just let it be, but a second time is unacceptable. The tech did not bother to remove the gel from my original set and painted over them so I'm unsure if that had anything to do with how it failed to cure to my nails. Had my nails done last Wednesday on the 10th and booked with Mimi. All I can say is, aside from this really cute summer nail set Mimi did on me, she was just as sweet and funny as she is online John was very kind as well and was very attentive to all the clients in the salon. I have been here about 3 times. Each time I have spent over 1 hour & 30 minutes. I only ask for a gel french tip pedicure. It should never take that long. The longest I have spent getting that done was an hour max. I have been at the salon close to 2 hours every time & this is without any wait time because i've gotten seated right away. They take extremely long. I have had to cancel several appointments because of how long they take. They need to do better and work quicker. read more

I came here because of Mimi the influencer but I feel like she really hypes this place up. If you go to their instagram page they post promotions and for the most part are pretty good deals. This day they had a basic pedicure and medium/short one color full set for $80 gel included. It was a good deal however it would help if all the staff was aware of their promotions. The place is nice and looks clean. I came in and asked for two pedicures as I went with my daughter. Amy helped me and there was a BIG language barrier, someone had to translate for her. She didn't know about the deals they had going on and told me gel was not included with the pedicure I asked for. So I told her to give me regular polish and give my daughter gel. It was very hard to understand her. In the middle of my daughter getting her nails clipped Amy, Mimi, and the 3th nail tech (I didn't get her name & not in the picture) are talking and Mimi tells Jessica (nail tech on the 3th picture) that the next pedicure is hers and she needs to do the next person who comes asking for a pedicure because it was her turn and then they have her swap with the one who had already started my daughters pedicure. Then I asked how they sanitize their instruments because the previous tech had them set out on her tray and not in the pouch and once she switched with Jessica I saw her rinsing the nail clippers with water. Jessica said some techs leave them in their tray but personally I do not trust any instruments that are out like that to be clean. If they are being sterilized with an autoclave/ultraclave they should remain in their pouch until ready to use. Jessica had them in a pouch but the the pouch did not even look properly sealed so I honestly don't even believe it was sterilized properly. I am assuming and going based on what I saw. About 15 minutes in a guy by the name of Jon comes in and greets us and offers us water. He was very nice and attended us well. He was also translating for Amy. He was the one who told me about the $45 pedicure and said it included gel polish. I told him how Amy said it didn't and that's why I didn't go with that pedicure which included hot towels and a massage and callus removal. I asked if it was too late to do that service and he said no. I have gone to other places and they do a really good job at removing my callus and if I'm being honest that's one of the reasons I went for a pedicure. Amy did not do a great job. She left One foot better than the other. I was disappointed. Then Jon said to always ask him or someone else regarding their promotions and I feel like everyone should be made aware of the promotions they are having. Not just 3 employees. My daughter really liked Jessica she was sweet and nice. Right before Amy finished my pedicure I asked if I can do the promotion of $80 pedicure and medium one color full set and they told me yes but it would be 95 because I did not get the basic pedicure, I agreed to it and moved on to my short acrylic full set. Jon AND Jessica did my set. Jon was teaching Jessica and I did not like that. I was not expecting him to train her and I would have liked to be made aware before they started. It took longer than expected. I don't think I'll be coming back it was not worth the drive for me , I do think I can find better nail shops in my city. read more

I called and they took me it in right away at 9:30. I was technically a walk in. The manicure is 35 with gel. The nail tech who did my nails was Tiffany, she was polite, respectful and she did nice work. I wanted clean and natural and thats what it gave. She filed and cleaned up the cuticles. I'm really disappointed in this place because mid influencer "Mimi" comes off as super sweet but honestly her and her family member "John" that own the place are disgustingly entitled, disrespectful and take advantage of their loyal clients and fans. I came here the last time and they had Mimi's family barber do my pedicure I was already skeptical but allowed him to do my feet because I trusted them. The man's name was "Jeff" he was not a licensed manicurist, his tools were unsanitary, he filed big toe so hard it broke the skin and started to bleed. He chose not to massage me with lotion instead he poured cuticle oil all over me and told me to "be quiet" he knew what he was "doing" ... at this point I'm traumatized right cause never in my life has this happened. They promised me gel and he used regular dry chapped nail polish. They try to say 50$ is a good deal for a pedicure when you can go right to Blue Diamond right down the street on holt and they're nails and feet last a whole month for wayyyy less and they're employees actually know what their doing. My toe became infected... they ignored me for over week when I tried to make contact about this and even went as far as blocking me when I tried to share this horrid experience with people. Oh yea and to top it all off I had to hear about "Jeff" and he told me himself Mimi just helping him out cause he has 7 baby mamas smh .. and then he proceeded to tell me he wanted to have relations with the other older ladies working he said "I never had one of those before" I was super uncomfortable and reported them to consumer affairs and better business bureau. I do wish the pricing and upsells had been explained more clearly upfront, as I expected to pay $45 for a gel pedicure but ended up spending around $72.
