Since the manager James did not step in to handle the situation, my husband felt compelled to intervene and escort the individual out to protect the staff. When we returned on March 9, instead of addressing the situation professionally or showing any appreciation, the manager pulled my husband aside and spoke to him in a very disrespectful and confrontational manner. The interaction escalated to the point where we were asked to leave the restaurant entirely. We were shocked by how poorly the situation was handled. A manager should demonstrate professionalism, respect, and the ability to manage difficult situations none of which were shown here. As loyal customers who live just minutes away, this experience was incredibly disappointing. Due to this incident, we will no longer be returning or supporting this establishment.
