As someone who isn't typically a spray tan girl, that gave me a lot of peace of mind. I booked her bridal package, which included a trial tan and my wedding tan. From my very first appointment, I was impressed. Her salon suite was clean, organized, and welcoming. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, aftercare, and what to expect, and even checked in the next day to see how my tan had developed. Together we decided to go a shade darker for the wedding. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the incredible care Sara showed the day before I left for my destination wedding. In the middle of all the wedding chaos, I completely forgot the loose outfit I had planned to wear home after my spray tan. Sara was concerned my clothing would leave marks, so she kindly let me borrow one of her robes. Then we realized it was pouring rain and wasn't stopping anytime soon. What happened next is something I'll never forget. Sara gathered towels, covered my feet, and when she realized my car wasn't nearby, she personally went out into the pouring rain, brought my car up to the covered entrance, wiped down the wet seat, and helped me get inside without a single drop of water touching my fresh tan. By the end, she was completely soaked herself. I've honestly never experienced customer service like that before. Sara wasn't just providing a service--she genuinely cared about me, my wedding, and making sure everything turned out perfectly. My spray tan looked beautiful, but what I'll remember most is how cared for I felt. If you're considering booking with Alelier Tan, don't hesitate. Sara is an incredible professional and an even better person.

Waited with several other people until 10:35 and NO ONE showed up. We all left. Went back the next day and they were open but refused to let my 17 year d daughter tan because this time she was alone and they said they needed to scan an adults drivers license!!! All this has already been done and it's in the system. We have been going here for years!!! Not to mention in the state of Florida you can be 14 years old with parents consent the tan.... As I stated earlier, all that has been done and has been on file for years. These people suck!!! Their beds aren't working right either. Multiple bulbs are out on different beds that we've been in in the last couple weeks. Find somewhere else to go. You would think if they're going to have a policy change they'd email customers and considering we are a family of four and we are all members... well, we were until now!!

I couldn't change my appointment because I had a trip planned, so I asked to cancel instead. Even though the business was the one requesting the schedule change, I was still charged a cancellation fee. I don't think it's fair to charge a client when the business initiates the change. I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Just be weary something is off here :/ To top it all off, I was actually giving them a second chance.
