Hanna was very good, she's very careful and cautious when doing cuticle care and suggested builder gel for my nails since i've been trying to grow out my natural nails which no one has every suggested before. It worked out very well and has made my nails stronger and they haven't broken since. I appreciate how thoughtful she is and she does a great job. She's very detail oriented too which i appreciate in a nail tech and I definitely recommend her! When I first moved to Rancho, finding a good nail shop was tough. Then I found Bella Vous, and it felt like a hidden gem -- great work, relaxing vibe, and I've been loyal ever since. Sadly, that's changed because of how unprofessional things have become, especially with one technician, Danny. Today was the third time I booked a pedicure appointment with Danny online, only for him to cancel at the last minute. Each time has been frustrating, but today was the worst. I arrived early, checked in, and waited -- only to watch Danny whisper something to the receptionist before she came over, visibly uncomfortable, to tell me he had canceled again. She even acknowledged it was the third time and admitted she didn't know what his issue was. What makes this so disappointing is that Danny and I have always had good vibes in the past. He's done great work, I've always tipped him well, and there's never been a problem -- so to suddenly be treated like this is confusing and unacceptable. I wasted over an hour of my day for a pre-scheduled appointment that was once again canceled with no explanation. The receptionist even mentioned this happens often, which makes me wonder if management has any idea. Bella Vous used to be my go-to, but the lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time is unacceptable. I hope management sees this and takes action -- because loyal customers deserve better. read more

I was a walk in for a full set of acrylics. I waited around an hour for my walk up appointment time to then have them rush me and butcher my nails for 35 minutes then later declining my original service request for acrylic nails entirely. The tech opted for painful and aggressive removal and pressured me to upgrade changing the pricing around and being omissive. I'm then pressured and asked over 4 times to upgrade to gel x after declining she later brings an associate to try and get me to upgrade; later explaining they didn't have time to apply a new set of acrylics but they do for gel x since they're shaped and don't want the other appointments to get pushed back... arguing between each other I was appalled and said if servicing me is a problem I'll pay for the removal and go elsewhere. I've never seen such poor customer service and poor professionalism pls stand to the side and discuss scheduling conflicts. This is the butchered stare she left me in with acrylic still on my fingers!!! My nail beds are painful and sore and I'm still peeling bits of acrylic off. I waited over an hour for my appointment time to be rushed and denied the service I booked for because I didn't want to upgrade to gel x... I walked in around 12:00 noon and was seated only a few minutes later. I was probably sitting in the chair around 12:10 or 12:05 at the earliest. I was getting a gel mani and pedi. I had one tech on my feet and one on my hands and they were both done and finishing up by 12:40. The foot tech cut my toe. I usually get the callus treatment and he barely even scrubbed the callouses off he used the mechanical file for most of it before he applied the gel stuff. Barely spent anytime on me just rushed through as fast as possible I didn't feel pampered or taken care of. Usually they spend some time rubbing the lotion into the feet and legs/ arms and hands but not today. I don't think I'll be back. Last time I went, I felt embarrassed because the lady kept making a comment about how calloused my feet were and seemed disgusted. She kept talking to her friends in their language, and I couldn't understand, but I felt embarrassed. I only went again today because I thought I would just give it another shot thinking that was a one time thing obviously customer service isn't very important to them. I spent over $120 for my service and was not happy with it at all. My nails look nice but my toe hurts where it was bleeding and my feet, legs, hands and arms are not as soft as I would expect. read more

The app is good to use and there's alot of availability, and I like if you pay cash you get a punch card for a discount after so many punches for paying cash. The only thing I'd say is that Bella Vous got popular and busy, lots of people bringing in their little kids in and leave them in the front unattended. Kathy T is wonderful at pedicures and for dip powder Hanna L is the best one, Chrystal T is okay and Anna H can be painful at times because she is very meticulous but the end product is perfection and my nails last a whole month for all of them. Do not book Flower L, she is lazy and extremely rude and did a terrible job on my nails they broke in half and ended up with bruises it was very painful experience. I do love the color selection and the fact that you can book online and sometimes they offer you mimosas. I had a very disappointing experience at Bella Vous. I called ahead around 3:30 PM to make a 5:45 PM appointment for a Gel-X full set and a polish change on my toes. I arrived at 5:40, but wasn't seated until after 6 PM. I showed the nail tech pictures of the design I wanted--a simple nude and white ombré with a solid white accent nail--but she spent several minutes discouraging me from it, insisting she couldn't do it. Even the receptionist was confused as the design wasn't complicated. After some back-and-forth, the tech finally "understood", and somewhat obliged. While filing, she used an electric file on full power, causing a burning sensation on my already thin pinky nail. When I reacted, she suggested I wait a few days and come back, as if my reaction was out of line. I assured her I was fine and asked if the polish change on my toes was still possible. She yelled for "Sammy," who had booked my appointment to come to her station where the question was asked again. Sammy said "Oh yes"; then asked my nail tech to do it, when the tech in a raised voice IN FRONT OF ME, yelled that she wouldn't be able to do it. Sammy then walked away to ask someone else, returned and moved me to a pedicure station, only to return and say that the tech who was supposed to do the polish change had left early without telling anyone, and no one else was available. Huh????? They offered to book me for the next day, which I declined. Overall, the experience was frustrating. I made an appointment to avoid these issues, yet the service was rushed and unprofessional. The design on my nails turned out just "okay," but the entire experience left me feeling like my request was an inconvenience. I expected more, especially since I was a returning client who out of respect of the shop and their nail techs, made an appointment instead of just walking in expecting service. I'm not sure if I'll be back--perhaps it was just an off day for them--but I'll definitely be exploring other salons before considering Bella Vous again. read more

I stopped going there, too many other nice places in the area. Plus they made the front desk look cheap with the peeling advertising signs stuck on.
