Loretta was super friendly and said I could come right on! My hair is naturally curl, and most stylists have a hard time giving me the cut I ask for. Loretta did a fantastic job, I couldn't love this cut more! The bangs are the perfect length, the layers are great, it's just perfect! I would definitely recommend this salon and I will definitely be returning. I have found my new forever hair salon! She has been a stylist for 30+year, so she knows what she's doing. I may truly be bald in a few months if my hair doesn't stop falling out and breaking off.!!! It took me a decade to grow my hair out and 3 hours for Bailey to ruin every strand of it.. It looks like I'm battling cancer with how much hair I'm loosing ! *Backstory*In early June we had a vacation coming up.. I wanted to get my blonde grown out hair balayage or a band break to blend in the new growth and grow out the blonde: BAILEY proceeds to cover my entire crown with lightener when I asked for a balayage. ( I thought the highlights she told me she was applying were for the balayage I had requested so I was shocked to see her covering my entire crown in lightener and foils.. Trusted she knew what she was doing. She then proceeds to put my bleach covered hair under heat for nearly 20 mins while she cut another clients hair.. didn't come check my hair once. Then tried to put the darker hair color over the lightened crown of hair called a "root tap" but had to have another stylist apply because she didn't know how to do a "Root Tap" when that hair shouldnt have even been touched... when she went to wash my hair huge clumps started falling out/ breaking off.. like 20-30% of my entire hair volume in a matter of hours.. She then charged me 145$ for this fiasco.. I paid her 85$ to destroy my hair.. ever since then my hair won't stop falling out every time I shower. She should have refunded every dollar I paid her but she expected the whole 145$ even after seeing all the damage she caused to my hair..3 1/2 months later I'm still loosing huge amounts of hair every time I wash it.

At all, my understanding was that she had a rough morning, which was fine. I get it I work in Healthcare, so I completely understand, but it was the way she answered questions and spoke. She had such an attitude . Besides that, she started foiling my head. I asked for heavy hilights about 15 min later my scalp was burning it was the worst pain you could ever imagine she could barely pull the foils off. She had to use a towel to get the foil off so I simply asked if this has ever happened she then replied never to me.. I thought she would immediately rinse the bleach out, but she didn't she just let it sit there!! Never again will I go back!!! Not to mention, when I left there, I had a chemical burn on my scalp I left the salon with gummy like texture to my hair

I desperately need a refresh before family holiday gatherings this weekend. The receptionist literally belly laughed at me when I explained my availability as a working mom. He told me, "Girl, that's the most pathetic excuse. Come on." Who in their right mind talks to someone like that in the customer service world? I would never. He proceeded to scoff at me while "putting me on hold"... I believe I dodged a bullet with this establishment based off of their incredibly hurtful and rude reception.

I…read moredecided to come here because the last place I went for a haircut in Cullman was at Great Clips and I did not like my haircut and the person who cut my hair was rude. I also enjoy getting my haircuts at SportClips when I use to live in Huntsville. My wait time was 30-35 minutes, which is not a big deal. Once it was my turn, Tracy was the lady who was going to cut my hair. Long story short, Tracy did a really good job on cutting my hair and making sure everything was perfect. We got to talk in about football and our love for dogs and exchanged our dog pics. She is a sweet lady and has a friendly personality. :) I will definitely be back in a few months to get my haircut here.
