Dr. Racheal makes me feel like family everytime I walk in her building and this is why i will forever tell people who my injector is when they ask! She lets you voice what your concerns are and then she will guide you correctly and one thing I love about Dr Racheal is she will not let you spend unnecessary money if she truly believes you do not need it. I asked about fillers in my cheeks one time and she told me I wasn't ready for fillers in my cheeks yet. Told me don't put fillers when they aren't needed. I'm 45 and I only get botox and she is helping me build my lips with Versa lip filler. Or perhaps you dont want to serve anyone that asks for what they want. I just had a pedicure and manicure a week and a half ago and didnt need another one. Even if that weren't the case; if a customer states they dont want their cuticles cut, then dont cut them. I've been giving my toes a break from the polish as its not good for the nails to constantly put polish on them. I just wanted polish on toes and shellac on my nails without cuticle clipping. When it was time to pick my color, the nail tech threw the color swatch on the table. No worries. Once my nails were done he didnt offer lotion or oil. He also didnt suggest to wash my hands so I did it anyway. He then hurried me to the pedicure station. Glad its over. Paid and even tipped, but not my usual tip. Wont return.

I visited this shop on a Wednesday afternoon. I had an appointment so the wait wasn't long. I was…read morereally excited about this place because I'm very busy and not many places offer appointments. I can't say anyone was friendly. The woman who did my nails seemed to be in a bad mood which was strange because her dog was in the shop and usually dogs lighten ones mood. The next morning my nails turned a grey-ish/black color. I called the shop on Friday and described what I was seeing on my nails. She asked me to stop by and show her. I came by and showed her and she told me that the discoloration is from wearing dark clothing and rubbing my nails against my clothes. Normally I would accept this explanation but I work from home and haven't gone to the office in months or worn dark jeans in months. The black tights I was wearing are at least 3 years old and have been washed several times. And I've gotten light colors from other salons and have never had this issue. I thought it was the nail color but instead of just offering to fix it. She blamed me for the issue then offered to put a clear coat on top. Then she reluctantly said I could wait and pick out a different color. I waited a few minutes and left it wasn't worth it.
