My review is short. They have good selection of videos and prices are very reasonable.

terrible service......website .told me package was mailed 12-9 but meter strip said 12-16! ...shorted me a DVD with no explanation---no packing slip or receipt--nothing indicating order was incomplete!..no word on refund either!....have no idea if he forgot it or backordered or what?!..left off half my address but luckily post office got it to me...ordered on 12-8....mailed 12-16...received 12-20...too late to remail to gift recipient by regular mail so now must spend $20 to ship Express mail to arrive by Xmas.....products are VERY expensive so I was expecting superior service but was extremely disappointed with the poor quality of every aspect of this transaction. I recommend you avoid doing any busininess with this person and look elsewhere for your DVD needs......they even had the nerve to send me a $10 off coupon for the next order....as if there would be one!!! simply awful. Yelp won't let me give no stars but that's what I would give. read more
