Because the shoes we were interested in were at the opposite end of the same isle, staff member cleared off bench in front of the shoes, told us we could move to the area in front of the shoes (Mom is 87 and already had shoes removed). We moved and the staff member promptly disappeared. Is this how Diprima's staff has been trained? HOW RUDE! Appeared to be no interest in customer service AT ALL.
