She spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone, raised her voice at me, pointed her finger at me, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable and upsetting. What makes this worse is that I spent money on glasses that I cannot properly utilize and was never clearly informed about my options beforehand. Customer service and communication were handled very poorly. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic based on how patients are treated. Muy mala experiencia. Alex greeted us with a smile the optometrist is super professional and made my already nervous son feel at ease and laugh while he checked his vision. There is no wait, prices are way reasonable compared to other places and lenses came back within week. Cherry on top for this place within a few days of receiving his lenses he broke his frame at school I called to see if I can order a replacement Alex stayed come on down. And he happily replaced the frame at no charge!!! Later my father in law needed to replace his glasses he usually goes to Costco but I told him he had to try this places! He came home super happy with the services and stated that he saved $200-300 from what he usually pays. Highly recommend for all your Vision needs!!!

I called and the girl said I had a 6 month warranty. So nothing they could do. Now, I always get the most expensive coating. I never have had this issue before. Since I had an excellent relationship with the Dr, I told the girl to let him know I called. Never heard back except when they called me two years later to remind me about I'm over due for an exam. Went to a new Dr who put my lenses back in for free. Of course now he's my optometrist. Just a little service can go a long ways.

Dr Mai is professional and straight to the point. He asked me the right questions and gave me a confident statement about how much eyes have changed over the past 3 years. I received an updated prescription and paid them replace the lens on my existing frames. I left my frames with the office so that they could send it to the lab for fitting. About two weeks later, they called me saying they were ready for pick up. I picked them up a couple days later (although I could've picked them up anytime). They fit perfectly and my vision is 20/20 again. The frames were also in their original condition. Overall, flawless experience. Highly recommended.

It doesn't get five stars because almost all of the frames did not have a price. I had to keep asking them for the price and it felt like I was disturbing them when busy. I also felt like the prices were expensive and I would love to see more of a variety. I wish I would've gotten my frames at Costco because I ended up paying more than $100 even after insurance. I'd say, go for the eye exam but get glasses online or Costco.

They were very accommodating and being open on Saturday was a big plus in my book. Dr. Woo worked with me until I was completely satisfied whilst complying with distance driving safety standards. At my appointment, Dr. Turner and her staff made me feel welcome. Dr. Turner listened to my needs and made sure I was comfortable with both my contacts and glasses. She and her staff were also very patient and helpful with me when I had a hard time deciding between frames. She has a lab on site and was able to quickly make the lenses for my frames.
