DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired this company for a cross country move and they damaged a lot of my furniture and destroyed one piece beyond repair. Instead of being apologetic the movers kept asking if our furniture was from ikea because cheap furniture breaks easy (it's not, it's very nice pieces from Nebraska furniture mart) like it was excusable. Bellhop is now refusing to cover any wooden furniture due to them claiming it being flimsy. These are hardwood pieces and are not at all flimsy but were clearly mishandled by their team. I checked the contract and there is no mention of them not covering wood damage in the event of a claim. The claims team themselves have been a nightmare to work with and keep passing us off to new agents. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some heartache- DON'T use Bellhop for your move. read more

I am very disappointed in the services I received! The Bellhop crew that arrived in Maryland did not have any packing materials as we discussed when I booked this move. I was assured that statutes that were not wrapped would be packed. I was assured by Bellhop office pictures and paintings would be packed properly! The Bellhop Team in Maryland did not know anything about packing. In fact, the guy who represented himself as the lead and the best packer placed glass table tops on floor is truck and put heavy items on top.  He put my shelves on the truck and placed items on the shelves and I insisted that my porcelain statues be moved from shelves because during transportation they would fall off shelves. He wanted to argue with me and said he would walk off job and not compete the move. The crew stuffed oil paintings in a box I already had paintings in damaging several paintings! Three times I asked Bellhop crew not to lay other paintings on top of my oil paintings to cause damage, which they did. I was also assured that the driver was a Bellhop driver. When the driver arrived, he claimed he was subcontractor and was in New York and hit the top right corner of his truck and showed us the damages. I was also told by Bellhop representative, Nick that I could put my personal lock on truck, which I did. The driver, Herman kept calling my friend who was there at Public Storage when items were placed on truck, kept calling him while we were traveling to Texas. The driver called numerous times, as follows: 1. Wanted us to meet him for lunch at rest stop 2. Called second time wanting to know were we were 3. Called third time said his supervisor wanted him to take truck to get it fixed from damage which occurred in New York  4. Called fourth time saying he need key to truck to open truck so he could get it repaired  5. Called fifth time saying his boss told him to get key to truck cause he should have never let me put my own lock on truck. This was very stressful, your subcontractor continuously calling while we were in route to my friend who Bellhop had not contacted with. I am truly sorry I hired Bellhop! Many of my items have been destroyed! These items are not replaceable, they are collections, antiques. I called Bellhop several times to keep them updated on the situation, informed them of damages and the annoying phone calls from the driver. Once my items arrived in Texas, a bellhop crew arrived and when the truck was opened your lead, John was in shock by the way things had fallen, glass table top resting on floor, statues broken, pictures damaged, glass tables broken. To get my business, you falsely told me things that Bellhop did not do, no packing material was provided as promised when I hired your company!. Beware when booking this moving service. Was recommended by my apartment complex, turned out to be worst decision ever. To begin with they were two hours late, came understaffed to move three bedroom, two car garage apartment. Damaged property moving out, damaged my furnishings and then damaged my property at the house I moved into. Did not finished move until 11pm that night and charged me for the extra time even though they were understaffed. They were not able to move all the items I had listed. They dropped my glass cabinet and broke all the glass, scratched both leather sofas bringing them inside, scratched my kitchen table, media console and dresser. Don't book for more than you need. Paid for 5 hrs and got a little over 2. And the extra money doesn't go to the workers. Weirdly the workers also didn't want to use the shoulder straps to move the heavy stuff and honestly wish they did. My wall was damaged. read more

I booked them for a move and picked most of their options from the website. Got their quote and booked. Below is what I picked. With that many picks. You would think they come with two trucks. Nope. After they start loading everything, they realize that it's not going to be big enough. Here is the kicker. They said I need to pay an additional $600 plus for another truck. Why would I need and another truck. I told you what needed to be picked up. Now I have to rent a U-Haul truck or hire another company to move the rest. I am disabled vet with a bad back and knees. Thank you, Bellhop, for the added pain. Living room - 1 Primary bedroom - Guest bedroom - 3 didn't do 2 of the rooms Office - 1 left the chair. Have a desk but no chair Bonus room - 1 didn't take the china cabnet Garage space - 1 took only 1 item Patio - 1 didn't take anything Kitchen - 1 Dining room - 1 they took the legs from the table and brought the chairs, but they left the table. So we can eat with the plates on our lapt I guess. Laundry - 1 The crew was great. I got pizza for all of them because they worked their behinds off. Takes no responsibility for damage. An $800 table was damaged along with a sofa, and they offered a grand total of...wait for it... $90!!!! Their idea is that the $90 minus the $35 or $45 cost of the insurance will help with the resurfacing cost for the table which is estimated to be $140. No offer for my time. After complaining, a manager who couldn't spell my first name right offered an additional $45 -- nice try. When going with a moving company, your goal is to save time. With Bellhop, you might save time on your move, but you'll spend more time fixing everything they screw up. Either move it yourself or keep searching for a different moving company. I don't even know where to start. I move every 18 months and i have never had such a bad experience with a move. Here is a list of everything that went wrong with this company. -I booked 2 truck for the move and the second truck was late a few hours. -Movers didn't know what they were doing. -They were grabbing everything and throwing everything in the truck with no strategy on how everything was going to fit or if it was going to break. - Truck driver and the lead person had to go in the truck and redo everything ( 70% of the first truck was empty because how they loaded the truck ) -Straps ware not used to secure any of my furniture -I paid for 2 trucks and they didn't have enough blankets or protective supplies for my expensive furniture and artwork. -They lost the cables for the TVs and mechanical bed -they broke 2 tv's out 3 -they loaded breakable furniture with gym equipment After all the damage to my furniture they want me to take $420 to fix everything. Wow what am I going to do with that? I hope this review can help other people make a better decision than mine and go with another business. read more

Hired Bellhop to move a recliner, 3 pieces of furniture and two totes. We had to make significant arrangements to get my 83 with Alzheimer's out of the home so she wouldn't be further traumatized by the move into an assisted living facility. Move window was 2-3 - at 1:21 I get a text from the movers saying let's try for 4:30. After trying to get the movers in the phone, some back and forth on text and again trying to get them in the phone, I get a message saying they'd let Bellhop know - whom never contacted me. We ended up getting a few pickup trucks to move ourselves while I waited for over 20 minutes on the phone with Bellhop Customer service to no avail; when I again called they transferred me for cancellations for which I was never able to speak to anyone; I submitted into their online inquiries form and have yet to receive a response over email or a call back. But they did swiftly charge my credit card. Stay away. read more

Worst company, they sent bunch of amateur for my move who damaged my new home and furniture. Their lead Robinson didn't hook up my washer dryer properly caused slow leak and floor damaged. Their claims department is worst as well and they denied some of these damages and now I needs to pay thousands in repairs. Please stay away from this company. Bellhops handled part one of a two-part move, as my fiancee and I were joining homes. Their communication and coordination was top notch from booking to post-move. This was a 2-man crew + driver. The two moving guys arrived first, with the driver arriving about 30 minutes late. There was street construction all around my duplex though, so the late arrival wasn't a surprise. Besides, I was vibing off the fact that the whole crew was melanated! Anyway, by the time she arrived, the guys had already scoped out the place and created their loading plan. They immediately went to work. The move was jacked up by periodic rain and traffic, but this crew handled that with ease. The office then modified my final bill due to these disruptions. Bellhops - I'm sorry to say I hope this is my last move, but I'm happy to say I would use you again if we need to move again. Thanks for a great experience! read more

We set up a move that was offered  through our real estate agency with BELLHOP  for the last week in December 2021.  I will say the guys that were assigned to our move were very prompt and courteous, but as I found out lacked much in the way of professional movers.  When they got to my house I went through every room and the backyard showing them exactly what needed to go. (I had already inventoried this on the Bellhop website). I noticed right away that they had no wrapping material and so nothing was wrapped except what we did ourselves with our own personal wrap.  This was very concerning but I was thinking that maybe they had blankets and such in their truck that I wasn't aware of.  At the very end of their packing my house I noticed our patio furniture was still in the backyard and told them it needed to go...  I assumed they left it last on purpose since it was the outside furniture and not as clean as the other items.  Upon arriving at our new house, they proceeded to run over the fence upon entering our driveway and then mow over a tree that was clearly visible, totally uprooting it.. As they were moving things into the house one of the guys brought me in to see what had happened to my couch!  Each one of the guys at different times said to me... "this was totally avoidable if it had been wrapped!"  I was very upset  to find out they had lifted the dirty patio chair over my couch and spilled all the rusty water onto my couch!! They left without letting me know of the other items that were destroyed. Thinking it could not get any worse, we discovered after they left when we were moving our refrigerator into the place it should go that there was mud and leaves and rocks coming from the bottom along with a dent on the front of the freezer.  Since they did not have a dollie they just pushed the refrigerator over the rocky grass  and mangled something on the bottom that has caused it not to get cold and also leak down the side!  This move has caused damages into the thousands. We have emailed many many times with Bellhop but with no real  concern on their part.  They did insult us with a "settlement" offer of $400!!  Put another Zero in that and we will call it a day.That's only right.I will update this if we get any justice!! read more

The estimate I was given was 4 hrs. I moved from a small one-bedroom 1000 sq. ft. 2nd floor apartment to a 2-bedroom one-story home. There was an extra mover, a trainee, but it still took well over 5 hours to move my things. It seemed they deliberately dragged along in order to not finish within the 4-hour time frame. They also did not assemble my bed. In addition, my china cabinet was damaged. They didn't tell me of the damage at the time. The cabinet is over 6 ft tall and I didn't notice the damage until after it was too late to file a claim. It isn't significant damage but it does mar the appearance of the cabinet. I would never recommend this company. They significantly under estimated the billing and moving times. My bill went from an estimated $1600 to over $4000. The packers were TERRIBLE. They put live potted planted in boxes, dirt spilled everywhere. They didnt pack 3 of our rooms. The movers were equally terrible. They didnt move many items including garage, walk in attic, and outdoor. I had to hire a second company to come in and move what they forgot. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Do not be fooled by the cost estimate, it is not worth it and you end up paying just as much going with a better company. read more

Had a terrible experience. They planned my move with two 26-foot trucks - they underloaded the 1st truck and sent it out. They then way overloaded the 2nd truck and still ended up leaving items behind. The items that did make it on the 2nd truck were severly damaged. My king size bed was totally destroyed. They ran out of moving blankets and loaded items without protection. Very unprofessional. I have moved over 11 times. Bellhop rates as one of my worst. My stuff is badly damaged and I am having to pay a proper professional moving company to pick up the items that Bellhop left behind. read more

The movers showed up an hour late and then proceeded to damage ever large piece of furniture they moved. They ripped both of my leather couches and damaged my oak kitchen table. They didn't bother to wrap or protect anything before moving. Then when they loaded everything in the truck they didn't bother to secure or protect it either. I would not use them again. I would not recommend them to anyone. Besides having to get my furniture repaired I also have to pay my apartment for the damage to the door and entry wall they did. read more

Our simple job required loading a truck with a few items from a second floor apartment. Beforehand, we carefully arranged the heaviest items near the door in a certain sequence to facilitate the move. Unfortunately, our Bellhops experience was an absolute disaster. See my review history; I have had the pleasure of working with a handful of highly-rated moving companies in the past. Since our job was so small, we opted for a 1 hour, 2 men crew with Bellhops, and I absolutely regret choosing them. Only one mover arrived on time (early, in fact, and clocked-in without telling me). I showed him the layout and described how we wanted the items loaded on to the truck, to which he interrupted me, "Don't worry, we're professionals- we do this every day." I was simply trying to indicate a preference, but the gentleman appeared to take it as an attack on his expertise. The bellhop then proceeded to instruct me on how to help him carry the sofa his way. He indicated he would do most of the lifting (after I reluctantly agreed to temporarily take the place of his coworker). Ten minutes later, and the sofa was literally stuck through the doorway. At that point, I noticed noticeable scuffs on his side of the sofa, as well as the wall he had visibly damaged. I checked my clock; it had been ~20 minutes and the second bellhop still hadn't arrived (he would never show up). When a replacement bellhop finally arrived, the team managed to dislodge the sofa, but not without poor attitude from the first bellhop. When my 72 year-old father kindly offered a tip about how previous movers had maneuvered the exact same sofa, the bellhop snapped back the same line about him being a professional who lifts everyday, but added "unless YOU wanna do it!" I immediately turned around and began to document his actions and words. At various points throughout the rest of the hour, he was checking his email on his phone while making offhand remarks about finding another job that paid better. In my presence, he was loudly denying to the other bellhop that had caused any damage to our sofa. When the replacement mover kindly offered to stay late in order to make up for lost time, the first bellhop rudely hollered that he had better things to do. After the first bellhop left, his coworker immediately acknowledged his "shitty attitude," and apologized. Perhaps the first bellhop (who was "the lead") was having a bad day, and that's okay because we all have them. Regardless, I must encourage anyone reading this review to strongly consider another company, even if it costs more. read more

Ran into a problem with my couch not fitting because I got a smaller Uhaul truck but they tried his best to make everything fit. 10/10 and I will book another move with this company because this experience was amazing! read more

I don't mind paying the money except this mover canceled on me at 7 PM the night before and I had to struggle to find another company. I used college hunks, and they were very good again do not use this company as I scheduled is a month out and they canceled on me the night before saying they did not have enough movers. read more

This was a Houston to Denver move. Like others in this post, I do not know where to begin with this review. The moving crew did not take the slightest care to wrap and cover my furniture, mattresses, nights stands. I actually had to argue with them to wrap all my paintings because they were also not going to do that, when a was quoted for a full service that including wrapping, and boxing my stuff. Not only did they break bed but offered to pay $150 for a $215 repair. Gave me 2 days before Christmas to reply. Costs $65 to file small claims suit so judge can rule against them...then they don't pay. Asked them to pay the $150 to be done with these crooks and they say deadline has passed. I am giving one star because the movers that showed up were very sweet. Upon arriving to the final unload, our Green Egg was unloaded. It was in pieces. The mover stated "If we had our truck we would of had straps to strap the Green Egg in place". The mover took a picture and submitted claim and stated claim adjuster would be in touch. We received a claim settlement of $142.00. I contacted Bellhop and stated they forgot a zero. Claim settlement person said they would up the settlement to $.60 a pound. The Green Egg retails for $1,200. Not to mention tax and delivery. So, we were offered $160. I am stuck with a broken Green Egg on my back porch. I have to pay someone to haul off. There was admitted negligence. I had also confirmed with Bellhop that the movers would disassemble beds. They didn't have tools. The movers stated their tools were on their truck and they had to rent a truck. I had to go to home Depot to buy tools. Our tools were already packed. Bellhop should be ashamed of themselves for the settlement offer. read more

Horrible! Had to book a follow up move and this one's going worse than the first one. They had been told that there was a second address but nobody told the movers. Also, who wears pajama slippers to move heavy furniture. So they can't move a refrigerator because it takes three guys. Guess what? They have three people here. It's also on wheels. They showed up without a working dolly, very few blankets, no appliance straps, totally unprepared. 3 of the movers were excellent, the other 3 were close to worthless. One was video taping my house with his phone, while another one was hiding in the bathroom half the time. they damaged floors and walls in both houses. Terrible experience. In short order NIGHTMARE! These 4 movers were squabbling at each other constantly. They had no skills disassembling and assembling furnitures. Fridge does not cool anymore, dings on the doors. Despite their very poor performance, I gave a tip to the lead person to be distributed to his work staff, however he got to his truck and left his workers behind. Had a GREAT experience with Jonathan N. And Myles L. this morning!! Jonathan showed up early and was super supportive. I'd just backed the moving truck that I needed help unloading into a parked car. Anyhoo, moving the trucks contents up 3 flights was no fun but I would have never known it. The guys were super nice, seemed happy to be there and didn't seem phased by the number of trips needed to get everything inside. Thanks guys....so thankful!! Bellhops was easy to use....signed up online, received both email and text reminders and offers of support, and check out was awesome! It's pay as you go so if you don't use the entire time you reserve you only pay for what you've utilized. Amazing!!!!! I tried to get moving companies to help me and it was a 2 hour minimum plus a trip charge totaling about 300 plus tip....Bellhops was 89 plus tip! Waaaaaaaaaaay better and just what I needed. Again, great gents to help this morning and an overall FANTASTIC experience! Will use again! read more

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with movers. Here's the story, so I have had this move booked for 3 weeks, everything is confirmed and I have even been talking with the lead mover the night before to go over what we need to move and to double check times. I get a call from bellhop 20 minutes after when they were supposed to be there to tell me that they are unable to find a truck and they've been looking for over an hour so they will need to cancel my move and reschedule for March 2. I said Well what if I can locate a truck? They tell me that would work and that the crew will still plan to come if we get one, so I call the uhaul 5 minutes away from my house and low and behold they have 2 trucks that are 26' long both within 3 miles so we book and and I let bellhop know less than 5 minutes after our previous conversation, Mel says they are calling the crew back and everything is good to go. About 2 hours go by and we still don't hear anything so Mel says they are waiting to hear from one more guy. At this point I'm already furious and now my husband and I are moving things into this truck ourselves. Another 30 minutes pass and I receive a text that says, we have rescheduled your move for March 2 and this is a guaranteed move. This date doesn't work for us and we have to move today because our post possession is up tomorrow and we have 3 children so there is no way we can live in a packed up house with 1 year old twins. All that was offered was to pay for the uhaul, we had to find our own movers to come last minute. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I still have a lot of conversations to have with managers and such about this horrible experience but thought more people should know how awful this was! read more

A very good move experience. Booking it was easy. When I had a change in move-date, changing it required me replying to their confirmation text, and 5 minutes later I had an email confirming the change. The Lead Bellhop texted me a day or two in advance to start communication and make sure he fully understood the expectation. The bellhops and the truck driver showed up early (which is On-Time in my book) and were extremely professional the entire time. The move went smoothly and my 2 hour window was MORE than enough as we finished about 20 minutes early despite U-Haul not having my unit ready when we got there and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for that. Paying up was secure--- they send a link to their portal and you pay it directly to the company rather than to the movers where you never are quite sure how legit that is? This portal also allows you to offer rating and feedback on the bellhops so that they can continue getting the gigs there which I was very happy to do. There were a a couple of bags that got loaded into the truck that I wanted in my car, which I didn't discover until later, but that's hardly a problem... I can buy new shampoo for the time being! I've experienced a lot of moves in my lifetime and have never had such a professional experience. I'm totally happy with it and recommend it for everyone looking at any level of move! read more

After a last minute cancellation from some guy off of Craig's List, I was desperate to have a few things moved and not pay an arm & leg. I looked on Groupon for "movers" and you guys popped up. Started chatting with a live human who I then spoke to in the phone (I think her name was Julia). First, let's discuss the hold music. OMG, hilarious hold music that I put on speaker. Then Julia saved my day by calling back to confirm I would have two heroes aka Bellhops helping today. I literally told her I would wash her feet with milk & honey because she truly made my move complete. Then, these two guys show up. Only thing wrong? They didn't have capes on. Seriously, two of the nicest college guys I've encountered in a LONG time. They were friendly, sociable, and just NICE! The knocked out my job in less than an hour and I am eternally grateful. It's unfortunate I had such an unpleasant experience with Bellhops this weekend as the day with them started out pretty well. The lead mover came on time and was very friendly and courteous. The two other movers trickled in shortly after and then the truck (contracted out, not from the actual company) showed up. The three movers I had were very slow. Bellhops also failed to tell me at the time I booked with them that their movers don't come with their own tools. In the words of the lead mover "they're not professional movers". Let me repeat that....this company justifies not having the adequate resources to do their jobs as movers, which they market themselves as, by saying they're amateurs and not professionals. Luckily, I had most of the tools that were needed to disassemble our beds and furniture. But half way into breaking down my child's bed, they realized they needed an L-shaped wrench and looked at me crazy when I said I didn't have one. They then threatened to leave her bed there since they couldn't fit it through the door....as if any of that was my fault. They refused to come up with any other solution and suggested I go buy one. Luckily I dug one out but made sure none of the movers were paid for the time I was scrounging around my own belongs looking for what was needed. It was a terrible experience and I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

I had a long distance move with them this past week. Everyone that showed up to help with my move was great. Peerless S. and Allan K. were my team leads and they were great at coordinating everything, as well as Jadarian B. They were all very polite and professional. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is because a mirror was broken in the move, and there was what looks like to be water damage at the foot of my bed. Have been in contact with their customer service with them about it already and they have responded very promptly. read more

I typically do not write reviews but after the experience I had with Bellhop I really do not want anyone to have the same experience. My fiancé and I were moving from a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment into a 3-bedroom 3-bedroom townhome. I did my research and found Bellhop and was very happy to book my moving service with them. During the original conversation with them, I was informed that the entire move from start to finish would require 4 people and 4 hours. We were happy to book the services from 2pm - 6pm. On previous moves it took less people, less time to complete this move so no red flags were observed. Prior to the move I was informed that I would be responsible for backing all boxes; however, the movers would wrap my furniture prior to the move. It took me almost one month to pack fully and I even went further and wrapped several items to decrease the duration of the move. On the day of the move the movers did show up at 2pm. Dorsey showed up to the move first and the remainder of the guys (Darian, Derek, and AJ) showed up not too long after this. The move started and I was informed by the team lead (AJ) that I had done a wonderful job packing for the move and it should take no time at all. After two hours I realized most of my boxes had been removed but nothing else had. None of my furniture was being wrapped or even covered and to add insult to enjoy, I was asked if I had packing materials that they could use. As they moved the items out of my apartment hey placed them in the hallway and not on the truck. The entire move should have lasted 4 hours, but the move out alone ended at 6:30pm. The picture provided is the front hallway with most of my items still sitting outside of the truck at 5:50pm. I was ok with paying for additional time, but I knew then that I was screwed. Aj then approached me and told me that they could clock out and finish the move for free and all I would have to do is pay them under the table which dame sure was not going to occur. Two of the movers said they had previous engagements so they basically walked off the move and the third said he could only pack up the truck but would not be able to help unload. One additional guy came to help but as of 7pm I only had two guys which is not what I paid for. You would think that costumer service would have done everything possible to address this, but nope. They told the guys to only work until 9pm and leave the truck with most of my stuff with me. Several items were broken and dame near all my big furniture had damages. I have moved several times, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. The next morning, I received a bill which was double the original quote and remember the move had not even been completed. If they had been able to complete the move, I would have had no problem paying but to receive a bill for work not completed is outrageous. Customer service had no idea when someone would be able to come out and complete the move which put both me and my furnace in a serious situation as we both work outside of the home and had other deliveries occurring that day. Eventually we had to contact a different moving company to finish the work that Bellhop should have completed. The icing on the cake was this truck. They could not figure out who could come and complete the move, but they were able to find someone to come and pick up this truck. We eventually got changed 200 additional dollars. If you are in the Houston area do not contact these people. I know others have had positive experiences but I dame sure did not. The consumer service is horrible and the folks who are doing the move are slow, young, and not willing to work or move quickly at all. I originally had great hopes for this move and due to BS that Bellhop caused we were not only fined by our new complex but out more money than we should have been. The movers that we had in Houston began our move very professionally. But in the middle of the afternoon they decided they were done. They closed the door of the moving truck and it left. They told us nothing more would fit though much was still left. They showed me photos of the truck prior to closing the door. There was plenty of room for the ficus trees and rugs and brooms to fit. Granted there wasn't room for the washer and dryer! Why did they wait until the end for the washer and dryer?! Poor loading made the stuff not fit which was proven at the unload. Also many things were damaged. They did "wrap" the furniture but didn't cover it completely. Many corners got chipped, cracked and scratched. This was the move of my elderly mother to be closer to me. Bellhops only gave us 5 days to file a claim of damaged goods. It's hard for anyone to completely unpack enough to evaluate damage in 5 days much less the home of someone else who can't do it for themself. On Day 6 when I called to add one more thing (a very expensive temporpedic mattress that was soiled), they declined the add-on claim. The Houston crew was very unprofessional. But the crew in Nashville that we had for the unload renewed my faith in the process. But overall, the experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth for Bellhops! read more

Moving is always a super super stressful time and we really needed some help just finishing it up. We set up a Bellhop reservation for some hourly movers to come help us load up our storage pods. We were helped by Chassion Chambers and Kaleb Wiley! They communicated super well in advance. They showed up on time and in masks and were super friendly and very helpful!!! Having them here to help us out made the move so much easier and less stressful. We are so grateful for their help!! read more

ONE OF THEIR MOVERS ACTUALLY TOLD ME HE WOULD NOT USE BELLHOP IF HE WAS MOVING. They only showed up with two movers.  Eventually a third showed up.  They could not finish my move so Bellhop sent a second crew, this time with adequate staffing, to finish my move three days later.  That crew didn't get all the contents from my garage so I basically had to finish the job by myself.  Also, their movers seem to be amateurs.  To say the least, I would not recommend this horrible company. read more
