Had a hideous experience with this location and 4 of its employees. Went in to drop off 2 Amazon…read morepackages and have a small project printed (52 4x6 cards printed front and back on cardstcok. Huge line that really didn't have a clear start or finish so everyone was kind of annoyed from the get go. Waited around for about 15 min before one guy finally started asking who in the line had amazon returns (he had been standing around for a bit not asking a growing line). After a few people did theirs and left I did mine and asked about my orinting project. He handed me a laminated email address and told me to email my project and and what I needed done. The wifi wasn't working (on either my computer or my phone so it was their wifi not my device) so I said if I left and emailed it in form home could I pick it up the next morning and he said it would be fine and to make sure I put all the details of what I needed in the email. I got home maybe 20 min later and did that. Clearly. In bullets. There was no way it was unclear. Went back the next day at around 2 pm (well after the opening time I requested in my email) waited in line only for them to ahve not even have opened my email. So they printed one out after not really ding more than a glance on regular paper and on two sheets and not the sizing I needed or the paper I specifically requested. So I basically was like yeah that's my project but it is not what I asked for. It's all in the email. so he finally actually looked at the email and was like we can't get this done today...52 4x6 cards. That's not a big order. Thats a very basic order. I have. a small card business and do this often. My office has not been set up at our new home yet so I could not take carte of it myself and it was too small an order for any real printshop int he area - believe me I tried. All this to say it is not remotely a big or complex order. they acted like i was asking for the moon and a rush job. thye tell me I have to come back again, the next day (so a full day after initial deadline requested (which as a reminder was approved by the first employee I encountered before leaving) I go back the next day. This is where it goes more downhill. I go in to pick them up. Dealt with the same guy. He hands them to me. I look them over and initially notice at a glance they did not print on cardstock though it it was in both the email and i verbally requested it the day before. he said that that was cardstock - again I have a paper business. It was not cardstock. So clearly they don't know what that it. Then they charged me an astronomical price of $72 (*for cardstock and color printing) which is well more than a job of this size should be priced. for reference at my normal printshop I have printed orders more complex and same day, and of a larger quantity for half that (in. a larger city no-less). I requested a discount for both time and because these were not printed on cardstck and they only gave me a 10% discount (said it was because the manager wasn't there?)...so the $72 was after the discount WHAT?! Are they insane? Pissed but needing the project done by that day latest I took them and left. When I got home I found them to be completely botched. Some were not printed strait. some were cut way too far down, and were then not centered. Some were cut at an angle. And it turned out they actually shorted me by three. And they didn't print them on the paper I ordered and paid for. It looked like a toddler but them. In fact I believe a toddler would have done a better job. I called to make a complaint to the manger who was not there only to be told by the assistant manger that they manager was the one who was responsible for the absolute joke of a print job. When I protested that this was not a "rush" order (that's what they called it) they then told me that they typically needs a week or longer so they can send it out...then mark up the price to a a laughable sum to have not even done the work? I went back (fourth visit in 72 hr) & demanded a full refund. which I thankfully did get. This it not a professionally level service & they should not be advertising it if they can't handle the most basic of orders. As a final insult, I dealt with 4 different employees, 1 gave me false information. 1 rolled they're eyes at me after they couldn't be bothered to open their own email by 2 pm, 1 didn't have a clue what whats going on despite having it explained to them multiple times & one just blatantly made stuff up & when they got caught they proceeded to completely change the story. Not to mention the manager whom I never personally dealt with, but they actually did the laughable job and thought it was fine...not once did I receive an apology from a single person. So no please do not go here. They are not professionals. I will be reaching out to corporate to make a complaint. Edit in response to the comment by CS: This is false. Not one apology and it wasn't escalated to anyone higher.

I went in yesterday to ship out a package for my brother, when i went in there was a label on the…read morepackage and it was ready to go. The employee then proceeded to copy down the existing label for all the information of where it is going to be shipped and ask me solely for my name and a phone number. It is repauling that as workers and employees you would lie straight to a customer to cover for yourselves. I hope nobody ever goes to this UP's again who clearly takes advantage of those who need help or assistance. You guys never got the address from me you got it from the label that already existed and then charged me for one you guys created for no reason. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS UPS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!!

We had a very positive experience using, We Like To Move It Movers! We just moved from Ocoee, FL…read moreto Plantation, FL and I found these guys in an Ocoee Facebook group. They had positive reviews in there and they were in Ocoee so I called them. I spoke with Brandon, I believe the owner and told him what we had and that we were moving 3 hours south. He gave us a very fair quote and 3 guys showed up, Manny, Q and Anthony. These guys were very friendly and worked really hard loading up the truck, driving 3 hours south and then unloading everything into our new place. We had NO problems in any way and I would highly recommend the crew that we had as they were very cool and did a great job.

After submitting a request for an upcoming move, I did quickly receive a call from the owner. I…read moreprovided an inventory of furniture and guessed how many boxes I might have. I was sent two options, one a flat rate for the move based on my estimate, and the second was on a per hour basis. When I started packing, I realized I had far more boxes than I originally estimated, so I signed the contract for an hourly move. When the movers arrived, they walked through the apartment, and said I had far more items than the estimate stated. I agreed, and said I called the owner to advise, and he said that my contract was based on an hourly rate, not items moved. The movers then said the owner was a jerk and would charge me more based on how much space my boxes would take up in the truck, but if I "made it right with them, they wouldn't tell the owner." Loading the truck took two hours from a second floor unit with stairs. Luckily the truck was able to back up close to my door. My dad did assist with staging, moving boxes closer to the stairs. The movers did call and say they had hit some traffic on their way to my new apartment, which I understood, as I now live 3 miles from Disney, there will always be traffic. My new apartment has terrible cell service inside the unit. I missed the call that they had arrived by about 5 minutes and then met them outside. Despite sending a photo and directions to the owner as to where the closes entrance and elevator was to my unit, they parked at the other side of the building (so it did take me another minute or so to locate them). When I went outside the moving truck was leaking radiator fluid. As a result of the truck breaking down, they could not move the truck closer to my unit. The hydraulic lift also didn't work. It was 1 hour 15 minutes from when the truck arrived to when any items were moved into my unit. I attributed this to the lift being broken and the movers working on the truck. When my dad arrived later, he said the mechanic was working on the truck. My dad had to move my area rugs out of my old apartment because the movers left them behind and they needed to be placed under furniture. (The area rugs were included in the estimate). I color coded all my boxes based on room location, if it was heavy or fragile. The movers did not pay attention to this at all. Boxes were placed in the wrong rooms. Some boxes were left upside down, and no care was taken for the boxes marked fragile. After 4 hours of unloading, the movers gave me the bill. It did not account for the time the truck was being worked on and no items were moved into my unit. I asked about this. They said "oh, call the owner, tell him the truck was broken for two hours." So I called the owner and said the truck was broken down and I wanted two hours taken off my bill. Again, loading took two hours, unloading four. It should be quicker to unload considering items didn't need to be packed into the truck to prevent shifting, etc., just removed and unloaded. After asking the owner to adjust the bill, the owner told me I was lying because I should have contacted him if there was a problem with the move when the problem started. I told him I should not have to report to the owner that his truck broke down, especially when his mechanic was there working on the truck. During the call I was sitting outside on my balcony, because I don't get service inside the unit and WiFi wasn't set up. The movers then came outside and told me to just hang up on the owner. So I did. I was upset, the owner was accusing me of being a liar because his truck broke down and I didn't tell him. He said the door was much further away at the new apartment which added time. I told him it would have been closer if he had shared with the team where to park and if the truck hadn't broken down so it could have been parked closer. The movers then told me not to pay their boss. Said he was a bad business man. I walked outside with the two men who then asked me to just pay them directly and they'll tell their boss the move never happened. This was absolutely sketchy, so I then sent my Zelle payment to the owner of the company. In the morning I was looking over my credit card and saw that the owner had also charged the credit card I provided for the $100 deposit. The owner said he charged me when I refused to pay. And yet, I paid him before his truck and crew even left my parking lot. The $100 deposit could never be proved to me that it was applied in anyway to my total bill. The owner did take off one hour. This exchange was stressful and I absolutely could not recommend this moving company to anyone. It should take less time to unload than load. Movers shouldn't be undermining their employer to customers. Movers shouldn't be trying to get the customer to pay them directly for all or part of the service. It's a month later and I'm still upset about the whole transaction. Get a reputation moving company. Do not use We Like to Move It.
