The Aguachile is exceptional and the best we've ever had. Other favorites are the Tostadas de Atún and The Montados de bacalao. The Bocadillo de Bacalao was tasty and substantial, but I like the Montado version better. The Patatas Bravas are cubed and although seasoned and laced in crema, they were a little dry, but still good. The dish that was a clear miss was the Crispy Rice with Atún or Salmon. It was not crispy and was batter covered rice with a small bland topping. Service is usually good, but was not as nice as usual on this visit. Our first young man was super pleasant and helpful, but his shift ended. The young lady who took over was in a big hurry to sample food and chat with her coworkers. She started clearing our plates without asking and put a dirty plate on top of out Patatas Bravas while we were eating them! Mind you, there was no one waiting for our seats. A hiccup, but not cool at the prices charged. We'll try to avoid her station next time.

They tasted so fresh and flavorful. I know it sounds crazy, but try it with the spread that is made with crickets that they have on the table. It really added a nice touch to the sampling. Next time I am in town, I will definitely stop by for a full meal. The setting in the San Juan Market really adds to the experience.

The produce and meats are usually fresh and of great quality. There is a water jug filling station inside the store which is convenient and cheap. The parking lot is small and convenient which is a great plus. I love Superama for the convenience and looks of it but I am aware that the prices are typically higher than other bigger larger stores and because of the size it might not carry many brands
