I highly recommend hiring Belmont Clean for your carpet cleaning needs. The whole experience was so easy, pleasant, and satisfying. And I was out of town for all of it to boot. Seth listened patiently to my somewhat complicated situation, and then quickly explained their superior cleaning process and amazing satisfaction guaranteed policy. He provided me with a preliminary estimate for the job, and said the tech would call me with a firm estimate once onsite. If I approved, they would then do the cleaning while onsite. Note: Belmont only charges for the sq.ft. they actually clean. Most traditional carpet cleaning companies charge wall to wall regardless of what's actually getting cleaned. And knowing that environmentally and health-wise they have a better system too, meant a lot to me. I called and left a message at this business and was very promptly responded to by their manager Michael who was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. I explained I had a sick doggo at home and was in need of some carpet cleaning ASAP. They were able to see me the very next day! Their employees, Carlos and Salvador, showed right on time and were quite personable. They were able to quote everything out and even split and break down the price between floor and even room to make it easier for decision on final treatment area. After my decision on where they would and would not clean they completed their job with much thoroughness but at a speed that would surprise you. Perfect balance of a speedy job and thorough work. These guys were great. Professional, courteous, great green approach to cleaning, not to mention they brought the life back to the carpet! The results were exactly as they promised and in the end saved me a lot of $ from having to purchase new carpeting in a rental unit.
