It was an anxious 2 hour wait but finally he was stabilised. Dr Seccull was the attending vet on the night and I appreciated her straight forward, highest standard approach. No mucking around. Offered the best treatment possible, albeit the most expensive, but when the life of a beloved pet is involved why take chances. He stayed a total of 2 nights with the final cost coming in under the estimated higher cost. He continued to have issues after the arrival home but the staff were very patient with my calls for advice and helped put me at ease as best as possible. On arrival you will be given a consent form to sign outlining expected costs that will be explained to you. Standard fee is about $220. This is a 24/7 emergency clinic and I think the costs are fitting for the care provided. Thank you to all staff.

I don't visit a Dr's office by choice.. but if I have to choose... then I really like coming here and seeing Dr Kirkpatrick. Friendly, funny, like a dad... but still very professional. I had to wait in the corridor the other day and got the see the other Dr's whizzing in and out of their offices, having a laugh and a bit of a chat with the staff. Reminded me of kids in the breezeway at a lunch time. I did find it entertaining as I waited for tests but was glad to see they all seemed to have great relationships. I think a happy work environment transfers to the patient in the long run. The offices themselves aren't particularly glamorous and I suppose it's not a place you really want to hang out. But out the back you can see lots of personal touches and trophy's/awards which does make for some interesting investigation.

I had, up until that time, walked an average of 5 km every morning but the vertigo caused me to lose my self confidence and I stopped going out anywhere unless accompanied by someone just in case I needed help. I saw Zoltan whose calm, professional demeanour really encouraged me. Following a series of exercises he asked me to do I was given a plan for the following week. He demonstrated the exercises, made sure I knew exactly what it was I had to do and then asked me to go back the following week. Further exercises were demonstrated and I was given 3 weeks before I was to return. Within ten days I noticed a huge difference. The dizzy turns had lessened and I felt my confidence beginning to return. I returned to discuss the results with Zoltan who continued to encourage me and gave me more advanced exercises to do. I am continuing to do the exercises but now feel confident enough to start my walking program once again. I regularly go out by myself and feel that I am able to lead a normal life once again. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. It was a very positive experience.
