Avoid TruGreen at all costs…read more Our lawn had been meticulously maintained throughout the summer until TruGreen performed aeration during a rainstorm. Operating heavy equipment in those conditions left deep ruts and caused significant damage to our yard. Within days, large areas began browning from the tearing caused by their poor judgment. Additionally we believe overseeding had not taken place, as there was no evidence of new grass seeding present. When we attempted to resolve the issue, TruGreen's customer service process made matters worse. Speaking with anyone beyond a call center proved nearly impossible. On multiple occasions, we were told that someone would follow up with us, but no one ever did. Every interaction led to excuses rather than accountability. Ultimately, TruGreen allowed us to cancel our contract, but by that point, we had completely lost faith in their ability to correct the damage or deliver quality service.
