You were aware it was a female manager I had the complaint about, didn't know her name, yet you proceeded to have a female manager call me back. How do I know it wasn't that same manager. I'm done with Walgreens. I've been with Walgreens since I was in my teens. No more since they allow their staff to belittle the customers and don't take it seriously. Shame on Walgreens.
