Don't seem to know what they are doing. Just a salesperson - husband had chunk of wax in his ear but she would not remove it. I don't do that was what she said. Why don't they take care of the whole ear. He had a lot of white noise in his ear - her solution was change the ear bud but he still had the white noise. Didn't really have any other solutions. When we decided to return them, they charged us 10% because we did not make an appointment prior to bringing them back during our 30 day grace period. What a joke! We were definitely not impressed. Jake Hammon got me fired because I questioned his authority. I never recieved a handbook so I never knew I broke a rule. He talks his patients into buying products outright instead of using their insurance because it makes him more money. He doesn't like to take on patients with insurance, charity's, etc.. because it doesnt make him any money. He is not really interested in helping the patients only lining his pockets. He also uses the office to store his own personal items. He is a vindictive person that if you cross him he will refuse to see you as a patient ever again.
