They truly do go above and beyond earning this business a 5+ star in my book. I will certainly recommend to everyone. The work done is to perfection. I've had minor cavities filled in the past which put me quite a state when I found out I would need some extensive work done. When all was done, I realized it really was not that bad. It's all the little things they do that make the biggest difference. If you find yourself in the chair as I did, please do not hesitate to voice your feelings (good or bad). The staff will do their best to accommodate your needs and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I really do look forward to my next visit (in a month to finish the project) and many more as long as I live in the area. I have a totally new outlook on dental visits. Thank you everyone at ADC. The procedure is bill the insurance after work is completed . I was going on vacation next day so I paid. Insurance paid them but they refused to pay and said they had another amount till add. It was the anesthesia which they told me was $400. Bill from the insurance says $648. So their are going to eat up my refund dishonestly.

I called and asked for a price on dental work done and was quoted a price that would be around $1000. Once I paid them to have their "in-house insurance" I was finally called back AFTER I called again to find out the actual cost to get said work done. This time I was told $1900!! Almost double what I was originally told! I called just a moment ago to find out why I was told a different price and the woman I spoke with was RUDE! Yes, as a consumer I was upset and my voice was raised a little but I NEVER cursed, more yelled at the woman. I have every right to be upset after being quoted one price then told a completely different one that is double my quote! I can understand it being off by maybe $300-$400 but to double is ridiculous! I then told the woman I wanted to speak with the office manager after the woman I was speaking with gave a RUDE sigh over the phone because I wouldn't accept their excuses of there's nothing they can do. She put me on hold to "speak with the office manager" who she then tells me refuses to speak with me! Are you kidding me? What kind of customer service is that!? " That being said, I ended up going to a different dentist who was super awesome and extremely understanding and helpful beyond what words can convey. In response to my review, the owner/dentist of this office responded back to me in a very ugly and unprofessional manner, when called out on it, she deleted her comments as well as her "Dental Office Probz" Facebook page she had where her and her staff would pose for pictures making fun of patients.

I have SEVERE dental anxiety. This is going to be long, but I want to be thorough because they…read moredeserve for everyone to know how wonderful they are. I needed dental work and it took me way longer than I care to admit to even be able to make the call to get an initial appointment. But I finally made the call and they got me in the next morning. Sadie was my hygenist and she was absolutely amazing! She was so gentle with me. She explained everything she was doing each step of the way, constantly making sure I was doing ok. I then had my actual consult to go over what was needed and costs with Amanda. Again, another fantastic interaction! She helped me figure out the best way to go about paying. I have insurance, but they also have programs for assistance with what insurance won't cover. She was very knowledgeable and an absolute delight to talk to. After the consult she let me know, if I wanted to, they could actually do everything that morning which amounted to 2 cavity fills and 1 tooth extraction. I went for it know it would be better for me to just do it rather than make an appointment and stress over it until the time came. So first I had a brief interaction with Tatiana, she wasn't not part of my care team, just happened to be in the room they took me to, but she was so sweet. She got me a pillow and blanket to help make me more comfortable. The Dental Assistant Anna was also there and showed me a "menu" of things they could offer me to help me be more comfortable and calm. Then Dr Sabrina came in and we got to work. I did have some Nitrous and then they put a topical numbing medicine on for a few minutes and then went in with the needle to thoroughly numb the area. I barely even felt the needle! She got everything done and I was truly amazed at how little I felt. And again, Dr Sabrina and Anna were talking me through everything, every set of the way. Now I can't say my dental anxiety is gone, but I can say they have done wonders to reduce it! I highly recommend this dental office to everyone, but especially if you're like me and have severe dental anxiety, I can't recommend a better place than this! You're in good hands here!
