That's where her knowledge shined bright - she knew that the condo would sell for a slightly higher price than we anticipated, and it probably wouldn't take long (though no promises!). We were able to stop showings and allow Mom to focus on packing and moving! Peggy's team was very thorough regarding all the work that went into showings, inspection, and the closing. They made sure that any questions we had were answered quickly and accurately. The closing went well and Mom was out of there quickly. The next day, while at her new place, a beautiful basket of flowers arrived thanking her for her business. Nice touch. I'm not sure how many homes outside of the Waunakee area Peggy and her team deal with. If I'm BUYING a house, I'll be calling Peggy to help me with that process.
