His shots were painless, a root canal and two crowns later and I was out of there in less than three hours. All completed in one appointment. They have all of the newer technology available, which makes for very efficient appointments. Along with a warm neck pillow, the terrific staff and beautiful office, it's as pleasant as it can get going to the dentist. The only reason I didn't give a five star rating is because the prices are a bit higher than other dentists. HOWEVER, it may be a wash if you have to make multiple appointments at another dentist for the same amount of dental work. If you have to go to a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Davidson and his great staff.

The staff were prompt and I had no problem. BUT on the second visit, I was taken back into the dental chair, given a bib and some eye protection and then I was left there for over a half hour. No assistant, No dentist, No one to say "we're running a little behind", nothing but the sound of the dentist working on someone else. When I decided I'd had enough waiting with no explanation why, I walked out of the dental area passing a room with chairs and computers, and the assistant was surfing the internet, oblivious to me sitting there for over a half hour. Needless to say, I walked out of the building, and CHC never even called to see why I walked out. Obviously they don't give a crap. Dr. Ede does excellent work, but CHC needs to improve on customer care and on promptness. I will say, the ladies at the front desk are excellent!

Now my two new crowns are sensitive to cold and pressure and a upper tooth that wasn't a problem at all is sensitive due to his grinding on it to ajust the bite which wasn't even a problem.
