I made enquires to see if Self Balance had any treatments that would help me sleep better at night and generally breath better. I was recommended Indian Face Massage - I remember the first experience which was amazing but that first night I was able to sleep the entire night through which was something that hadn't happen in nearly fifteen years of having nasal polyps. I kept going to maintain this new found experience of sleep. Then I added reflexology for my painful legs and feet. I felt like a new person. I had been working silly hours over 85 a week and driving over 1000 miles a week for work so by the weekend's I was done. I found the treatments were just what I needed and so I had two a month.
