The downside to me, might have been the toilets. One toilet had no lock, no light and no toilet paper (I did not go in there), the other toilet, to my big surprise had light and paper! The staff do speak English and are quite friendly and efficient. In Italian style, they will give you a nice long time to decide what you would like to eat and/or drink. If you sit outside, plan to pay for your order when it is delivered. On a cool winter's day, it's a good place to warm up inside with a beverage, snack or meal, while checking out the sports memorabilia. They have a lot of sports covered here. Beer on tap is offered by the pint or liter, or order a bottled beer from their 'around the world' selection. Moreover, he offered no apologies after yelling at her and taking back her beer, forcing her to buy another beer because he had spilled most of the original one while he was berating her. Needless to say we left the bar shortly after. I however made the mistake of going back to meet a friend recently - hence this review. Probably better to avoid for any tourists as there's really nothing going on there. In any event, it's usually frequented by Milanese high schoolers in the evenings and not the best place to watch a football match or anything of the sort, despite its name.

Paired well with the drinks, but of course LOTS OF CARBS! My favourite was the potatoes, pizza, and little sandwich. Everything is a perfect bite size. The employees are super friendly, even though they don't have to be because they're not working for tips. They were helpful and kind. It brought a lot of ease. As I was sitting at my table, pretty much every person who came into the shop seemed to want to use the toilet, so the line was very long and I kept bumping into each person. As for the coffee and pastry I ordered, it was just about ok, nothing special. The service was also very slow. I wouldn't recommend this place especially if you're going in alone and want to spend some time working or to read a book.
