Okay let me start off by saying I'm not from Wy and I'm from the bigger cities. However after moving here it's been hard looking for a dentist that is gentle and takes on new patients. About 3 weeks ago my tooth cracked and I put off getting it fixed 2 days ago this unbearable pain had me not only in the ER but also had me crying and calling every dentist in town to help me. But this morning after not being able to sleep nor withstand the ear pain associated with my tooth, Benchmark Dental called and saw me immediately, NOT ONLY is the staff amazing but the dentist was the most gentle person ever. I was in and out of there all within 45 that seemed like 2 minutes. I want to just say that this place has saved my life and my peace of mind. read more

Established in 1989.

Established in 1989, Benchmark Dental has been passed down from retiring dentist Robert Fowler, to his son Josh Fowler. Now currently owned by Dr. Brock Olson and Dr. Spencer Smith, these two dentists are continuing the history and legacy set forth by the Fowler family in Riverton.

Meet the Business Owner: Brock O.

Dr. Brock Olson grew up in Burley, Idaho where he was active in sports and band. He is one of 6 children. He completed his undergraduate degree in Zoology at Idaho State University. He attended dental school at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. He came to Riverton in 2011 and is happy to now call it home! Dr. Spencer Smith also grew up in Idaho. He attended his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University Idaho. He went to dental school at University of Iowa.

The call told me they almost called one of their current clients to come in because I didn't confirm my son's appointment. Then I was quoted a price that would be my payment after insurance tool care of their portion. The 2nd appointment I paid like $100 over what I was quoted, just in case. They were still sending me bills that I owed them over $200. When I paid extra to cover what I was quoted. Such a rip off! They overcharged my insurance. Then over charged me!
