He then gave us a quick tour to show the location of our main power and shut offs and the location of the water heater and showed us how the gas fireplace operates. He also offered us a warranty that we chose to accept. After the inspection, we received to our inbox the summary report, the full inspection report, and a BuildFax report which showed extra notes like the permits used on the property and what HVAC equipment has changed.
