I really appreciate the thorough knowledge and experience of both docs and how they apply it to their work and teach me the information. I love the equipment they have available in the office to use. I love how I can have my bloodwork done in office. I love that I can buy great tasting food at a discount and how easy and convenient it is to use with my nutrition plan. I love that I can buy my supplements in office. I love where the office is located. It is so convenient. And something I probably love the most: that I finally lost 30 lbs after trying for over 7 years with no success! I am so grateful for this program and how both docs have helped me. I appreciate how progressive and updated their medical knowledge is with nutritional and skeletal health. I only have two complaints: 1) Sometimes my husband shows up for his appt in the morning and the doc is not there yet and he has to leave to go to work, as a doctor himself, and is unable to be seen for his weekly weigh in. 2) I don't feel like the office was careful with taking preventative measures with Covid, like masking, when the Delta and Omicron variants were spiking in our area and our hospital ICUs were over 100% capacity. I felt like that was inconsiderate and irresponsible as health professionals. But I still continued to go as a patient and just focus on doing my part to wear a mask and make sure I was up to date on my vaccines. I've been going to Benchmark now for 13 years and I have never had anything but positive experiences and results with my health care. I first saw Them back in 2009 having trouble with numbness and tingling in my hand and elbow pain which I thought was tennis elbow and with their extensive X-rays and exams they were able to pinpoint where the pain numbness and tingling were coming from which was in my neck with some compressed disc's and with that they started a plan of chiropractic and traction and their K-laser treatment. I responded very well and quickly to the treatment to where my spine has been corrected to near perfect and now have little to no numbness, tingling or pain when I stick to the maintenance care. In the years I've been seeing them I have seen them grow and evolve into much more then Chiropractic care with their top notch weight loss and fitness programs to their extensive blood work, amazing IV treatments and pain relief care all catered to your body and health care needs. I have been through their weight loss and fitness programs and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I have thrived on these programs and over the years have kept it up keeping a healthy weight and healthy lifestyle! The absolute BEST holistic/medical facility I've ever visited! AMAZING! I spent over $20K the past several years going to different doctors, physical therapists, acupuncturist, message therapists, etc (you name it, I tried it) desperate to find someone to help me with excruciating plantar fasciitis and pain from my hips down. Nothing helped. It got so bad I was in a wheelchair for a few months and could barely move. I'd given up hope that I'd ever have an active lifestyle again, and came to terms that I'd be in massive pain for the rest of my life. Unsafe business practices to say the least. While one owner is quarantined because of Covid exposure, the other owner is an Anti-Masker and doesn't wear or enforce masking policies in the clinic. I don't know if they have always been short staffed, but when appts for services are booked out 3 to 4 weeks, it's time to hire more people so that you can offer more classes, etc. Not sure what I am getting for my $100/mo, even counseling/update session appts made with the owner are not honored. I know that things are different now with Covid, but I really feel duped. What I was presented before I signed up is the reality of their services. I suggest googling Keto Diets and buying your supplements at a much lower price from the distributor. read more

I kept seeing these guys' posts on Facebook and couldn't resist heading over there when I was in Colorado a couple of months ago to see what the big fuss was all about. As an acual client who got charged real money it honestly was not worth the price. Look up keto diet and thats all the weight loss program is. Everyone working here seems nice yet it dosn't take long to figure out that unless you are a disc jockey on a radio show you will not be a priorety of living up to the promisses they sell your contract of.
