He showed up almost exactly at our appointment time, and not only rekeyed both door locks, but somehow he fixed what used to be a slight misalignment of the actual door that caused us to have to push very hard in order to close the door. Now both the door and the locks open and close perfectly. We also thought that it was a great price, especially considering our rush request and the Sunday appointment. We will be scheduling him back soon to rekey all the rest of our house doors and gates, and will recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

You go to a call center that then dispatches a "technician" - that's actually coming from Tucson. Be aware - anytime you call a so-called locksmith and they don't answer with the name of the place and want your address to have a "technicican" call you back, you've reached one of these kind of disreputable places. They then come with a ridiculously high bill and assume under the pressure of the situation, you will pay. Find a real locksmith firm.
