My (the bride) lifelong dream as a bride was to become a princess for the day, and I worked closely with India who made that vision come alive for me. As someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis, has very sensitive skin, and is very particular and picky with my makeup and hair, I definitely was worried about picking the "right" hair/makeup team and did not make it easy for India. However, from the trial, India instantly eased all of my concerns and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I can honestly say I was so blown away with the entire Dandilu team's work - I could not have been any happier with my hair and makeup, and all my bridesmaids, my mother, and the groom's mother all absolutely loved their looks, as well. And throughout the day, we all were receiving constant compliments on how amazing our hair and makeup were. My reaction when I saw my completed look was that it was absolutely flawless and perfect. India also made me feel so comfortable, such that I wasn't afraid to share any changes I had with the hair and makeup after the trial and the day of the wedding. In fact, the Dandilu team encouraged me and my bridesmaids to be honest and candid with our preferences to ensure we were all happy with our looks, and they implemented any changes we may have had (I believe there were only very minor suggested additions to the looks because they were already so perfect). One of the things I loved about India (and the entire Dandilu team) was how collaborative she was - I showed India a few photos of ideas for my hair and makeup, explained my preferences and my concerns about my sensitive skin, and she not only listened and provided her expert suggestions, but she also far surpassed what I envisioned. The groom (who never notices a new makeup or hair look) even commented and was impressed with how good the bride's makeup and hair looked. Dandilu are all truly so talented and gifted, and just the sweetest people. I also was so impressed with how efficient Dandilu was, while simultaneously prioritizing high work quality and attention to detail. Dandilu even stepped in to style the groom's hair, as well as curl one of the flower girl's hair at the last minute. I am in awe of the stunning hair and makeup I received from Dandilu for our wedding. For anyone looking for a hair/makeup team for their wedding (or for any other event), Dandilu is absolutely the best choice. I also want to emphasize that each woman of Dandilu are genuine, bubbly, personable, kind-hearted, and all-around amazing people. Also after working with India for so long I'm bummed that I don't live in Montana and can't hang out with her on a regular basis. It has something some other places don't though: it's locally owned and operated. I was expecting a warehouse-like atmosphere, but was actually somewhat surprised by the down-to-earth setting. There were several customers in the store, and that gave me a chance as I explored, to watch the interactions. Despite the hundreds of different products, the person working was able to help one person looking for a specific brand where she couldn't remember the name, but knew that it was made by a certain company and once she was told the label had been updated, was satisfied that what she had been handed, was what she had been seeking. The wig selection here was the surprise. While there were the usual, Big Sky also had a few samples in atypical colors. They can not only fit a wig for you, they will style and color it as well. There's a good selection of nail polish, tools, and the like to ensure someone walks out with a head to toe look. If it's not here, it can be ordered. If supporting local is a necessity, then Big Sky Beauty Supply should be on the list.

I got on the phone with customer service as he said they would be able to resolve the issue in 24-48 hours??? When i finally got my payment to go through days later (never heard back from customer service) I placed the order for curbside and was not notified when my order was complete, didn't give me an option to add my parking spot so i called the store. After 4 different attempts at getting them on the phone someone finally answered and told me i had to come inside to pick it up? Why would i do that being i work an extremely busy schedule and do not have time to shop or go inside. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, and when i got inside i stood by the "pickup area" and was ignored for close to 5 minutes when someone finally approached me and started gathering my order scanning the items. This is after i walked into the store and not only did the 4 ulta employees standing by the door glare at me but i did not get greeted by anyone. This is the WORST online shopping turned to in store shopping i have ever experienced. EXTREMELY unprofessional, i will no longer be shopping at Ulta and until i receive a customer complaint response i will make sure everyone else knows this is absolutely not the place to shop.
