Glass I ordered took 2 weeks longer than they said. Factory' fault of course. Not in on time thexweek i was told, said it would be the next week. No word the next week. I had a broken window and called Bengal Glass at the recommendation of many friends. My first experience was not great to be honest. I spoke with a woman who told me she would call me back within a week. I didnt hear back so I waited another full week and called back, explained that I had already spoken to them and was told again that I would be contacted within a week. Another 2 weeks go by and no call back. At this point I start calling other places because I am a bit annoyed but everywhere else quoted at least double what Bengal glass quoted. So now about 2 months has passed and I call again, and speak with a man. He apologizes for the problems and says he will call me by the end of the day and we can get something set up. He returned my call within the hour and had someone out to look at my window that day! The men who looked at my window told me it was an easy fix and theyd do it right then for 125$!! They had it fixed within an hour and were very friendly. The initial customer service wasnt the greatest but trust me - keep calling back. You wont find better quality work for the price! If i ever have any other glass needs I will definitely come back to Bengal Glass! read more

My business was broken into early this morning, two big glass doors shattered. I called them and immediately they came out to measure and were back within the hour to replace the glass. We were able to open for business as usual. Seriously FAST, incredible work, super sweet and caring and so professional. They helped clean up and move another door. I spoke to a very nice gentleman on Monday and received a quote. He informed me they were a couple of weeks behind, but would be able to measure and then it takes about a week for the glass to come in. I called Tuesday to set up an appointment and was told by Vickie she would call me back that afternoon or no later than Wednesday morning with availability. Today (Thursday) I called to follow up, since I still hadn't heard back. I spoke with Vickie again and she blamed "her guy" for not yet giving her an answer. She kept beating around the bush about when an appointment would be available and finally told me, "if you need it before the 4th, maybe you should use another company". I didn't need the glass before the 4th. I had actually told the gentleman on Monday and her again on Tuesday that I needed it installed by mid to end of July. I was told on Monday the measurements could probably be done before we left for vacation (which is after July 4th). However, due to her attitude and lack of customer service, I'll be using a different company. read more

Did not simply fail to meet a promised delivery date for glass but refused to do so. The owner, "Russ", went into full high dudgeon mode when I asked if my glass could be delivered as promised. And of course resorted to throwing a couple of "f___ing" at me when I insisted on his commitment to honor the promised delivery. I would recommend against doing business with the company. read more
