Just use the machine." No greeting, no offer to help--just that. I responded politely, "I don't mind waiting. I'd rather have you scan it. I'm not sure if I did it right. It's not Amazon, it's Adidas." She smirked at her coworker and said, "I don't know why it matters. It gives you the same receipt." Her attitude made me feel completely uncomfortable and unvalued as a customer. I reluctantly went over and used the machine. When I finished, the box didn't fit in the bin provided, so I brought it up to her. Her only response: "It didn't fit in the bin?" It honestly felt like the employees were doing everything they could to avoid offering actual customer service. Just pushing everyone toward the self-service machines. I try to support small-town businesses over big-box stores whenever I can, but in this case, I bet the customer service at Kohl's or Whole Foods would have been much more respectful and helpful.

I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this notary. We hired her to…read morenotarize a Power of Attorney document and were charged an astonishingly high fee of $200. Although the Connecticut Secretary of State apostilled the document, it was ultimately rejected by the Indian Embassy due to a name mismatch--an error that should have been caught during the notarization process. When we reached out for help to correct and re-notarize the document, she refused to assist, stating she had "no time." Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, she simply referred us to another notary. To make matters worse, she later blocked our number, leaving us with no way to resolve the issue or even discuss what went wrong. This experience showed a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care. The whole ordeal cost us time, money, and unnecessary frustration. Please avoid this notary at all costs. Based on our experience, the service was unreliable, unprofessional, and careless. I would strongly recommend choosing someone else who takes their responsibilities seriously and stands behind their work.
