There are few things you should know - they are outsourced in India. This is good in my opinion, as they work after my normal business hours, they speak and write in English, and the cost of the services is excellent. The downside is that you will not have someone in person in your business or home who is writing checks or discussing things with you in person. If this is important to you, they are probably not the right fit. Ultimately, they help me organize my books, watch my A/R and are very responsive to my needs. I am very pleased, as their services fit my needs well.

Many times I requested a technician many times and they always charge for only the visit. They us a third oarty phone service provider that gives a poor service. We have a lot of clients that when they visit us says they've trying to call but call didn't go thru. I'm changin to another service provider. I don't recommend this business.
