I don't normally write reviews, but i feel that Bennetts ARC in Kings Lynn has been given an injustice by the only other review. I have had my vehicle repaired at Bennetts (twice) due to my poor driving, a member of my family have had their vehicle repaired at Bennetts, and two people that we recommended have had their vehicles repaired at Bennetts. At no time were any of us let down by the quality of work that we received, and not only was the work of a very high standard but the way in which each of our individual cases were dealt with, from having an estimate, which was done at the drop of a hat, and one of the vehicles was picked up from our friends house, all with no hastle. Having the vehicles booked in to be reaired was easy, one of the vehicles was returned a day later than was expected, but this was clearly explained in an apologetic manner, due to a parts delay, but having a courtesy car anyway, this didn't cause any problems. Having spoke to family and friends about their vehicles, all were very happy with all aspects of their individual jobs, along with the fact that all of our vehicles were returned to us cleaner than they were when they were taken to Bennetts. I, along with my family and friends would highly recommend Bennetts, and in the unfortunate event of another accident or in my case, a third one, we all wouldn't hesitate to return to Bennetts. The customer with the other review may have had a cause for concern but i don't believe that Bennetts couldn't have put it right, as they seem to strive for quality and customer satisfaction.
